If those tagged (congrats) would be so kind as to provide me - or reconfirm - the names and nationality of driver and co-driver. You can do so in this thread in a post below, or via PM to me.

I donā€™t want to give too much away in terms of performance, so I will keep a detailed breakdown for at the very end. However, I can say a few words on those not qualifying.

Comments:

A lot of close times this road, with cars just missing out. Especially in case of the Ceder, GMI and BuergerFahrzeug it was mostly a question of other cars being fractionally faster.

The LPE Geneva mosty hadā€¦ styling issues, losing it points, despite driving great.

FAAL, Epoch and Bogliq are some names the fans are sad to see go, but the cars these grand brands sent in for C3 clearly lacked the oomph.

The other cars mainly had drivability and suspension issues, losing time that way - although some were also just a tad slow - with the TBA and CMW at the back only scoring style point(s).

He, who is right too early is wrong.

Aw damn just missed out but atleast I got best lap .

I guess Iā€™ll have to wait until the great FAAL resurgence of the 80s in rally to drive a FAAL competitivelyā€¦

Weā€™re looking forward to further qualifications - 7/7 anyone?

Man, my Primavera BARELY scraped through qualifying as a wildcard (and in dead last of the cars that made it through :cold_sweat:), but at least it got into the rally itself :relieved:. The same canā€™t be said for Bogliq or Suzume, who are both out of C3 (with Suzume having to send all their cars home).

Iā€™m hoping for better from the Mockingjay - that thing is FWD, weighs 200 pounds less than the Primavera, and probably is styled better overall.

Damn, no entries through quals for C0,1,2, or 3ā€¦ and Iā€™m completely discounting C6 getting closeā€¦ leaves only 4 or 5 :S

Wowā€¦ I thought for sure the C3 entry would qualify!

It lacked the speed, I fear, doing 10-20 km/h less on the straights.

I can see the C0/C1/C2 getting bad at everything, they were just thrown together. But 1 point??? I know the CMV isnā€™t the fastest but there was a LOT worse than 2:12 in the field (no offence)

Just give me an explanation!

1 point for design: simple compared to average and -1 for the rear - empty and modern tail lights

0 points for technical: alu over-tuned racing engine with alu body (both not really fitting the road car, and basically only alu because fiber glass would have been too light was my interpretation, so no lore to back up that choice).

0 on budget because 2nd most expensive of the 29 cars.

0 on drivability due to vague steering, oversteer off-throttle, and incessant wheel spin.

And 21 cars were faster, only the first 15 get points for time.

To be fair, the C0/C1 were by far the best, the CMWs are just over-engineered specially built race cars that are totally unsuited for low speed rally coursesā€¦ I did warn for that in the OP.

(As said, Murokmakto has the same score for his C3 entry, just the styling on that thing is maginificent.)

Jeremy Wellsworth and his staff are all very disappointed at the seemingly undefeatable Mk.2 not making it past qualifications, and we hope that the 2 Bensons will have better luck. We have also reported that we have sadly had to fire Ms. Amber DelForcose. Best of luck to the qualified drivers!

Wish I wasnā€™t so busy during the submission period of this, had fully intended to submit three but Iā€™m glad the one I submitted made it through  And considering my company is very young at that point missing two cars to the point of not even showing up and having one qualify would completely fit the lore for it.

Albert Marlowe of Canada will be piloting the Zepar R1500, with Nicolas Blackbourne also of Canada will be his co-driver.

Iā€™ll send my Gracelet to give a good fight soonā„¢

Yay! My Gracelet Gr.2 has qualified, what surprised me is having the same score with the magical Znopresk and F.E.A.B.
Iā€™m looking forward to see the real action.

Hahaha! I was thinking, until I read this line, that my car was overpowered or too hard to driveā€¦ Lacks oomph, well that was a major surprise,

I suspect my C4 entrant wonā€™t be likely to be on the podium either. Unless I get a wildcard, that is :persevere:

oof. quick, but obviously lacking elsewhere. i had an inkling that the Polecat was a little overstretched

@Private_Miros
may i ask for driveability feedback on both the Hugi cars?

C1 was bouncy. Little wheels and a bit of a hard drive, but otherwise great.

C3 wasā€¦ the same but without the tiny wheels in my comments :stuck_out_tongue:
