On the previous version prior to the Beam update I had made a nice collection of cars, and I today saw that the game had an update available, I updated and noticed all my cars were gone. I have absolutely no idea what could have caused this.
it has happened to me also, and afaik there is no way to recover them unless they were exported
Or maybe they can be in folder if the user saved the files from /documents.
That was the Car Designer update; in order for the designer to work properly, the devs had to change a ton of stuff in the background. As a result, the databases that store your cars no longer worked.
The database is automatically nuked if it is unreadable. The pre-Exporter Update database was made compatible to the new one though, so in principle that should not have happened unless your cars were from two versions ago. Those cars indeed are not compatible.

These cars were made after the designer revamp.
Hey when i start my game then its slow and its lag so i cant play all my cars are gone i need help when i try to verify then it say 1 file cant fix plzz help!
