#25

Alrighty. The engineering has had it’s full update and some design tweaks.

Attention!

I’m sure this isn’t new anymore, but I have decided to go through a rebrand for the thread. Read top post for more info!

2020 Peregrine Helena Mk. XIV

Design

The all new Helena comes with bold aggressive styling on the LaFette Platform. With a large bold grill and large aggressive headlights giving the Helena a modern muscle and premium style. With the 18" wheels also providing a comfortable ride like in the LaFette. The all new refreshed Accident Prevention Systems and all new Blind Spot Warning System built into the digital gauges give for maximum safety when driving your Helena. Unfortunately though the Helena does not come with the optional wool seats. So your ass might heat up a bit in those warmer climates.

Performance

But if Granny doesn’t want the LaFette MXST and wants more muscle. Then give her the Helena SR. Borrowing the Turbocharged 4.5L V8 from the LaFette but slightly less powerful gives the SR a 0-60 time of 4.3 seconds, and the sports compound tires give Granny the ability to do burnouts and also allow her to take her SR around the track…or her church parking lot. With the optional Launch Control granny will feel the maximum G’s

The all new Helena comes in 5 trims. . .

I like this design! Although I think the front would look better with the lights angled like this:

Thank you for the critique! I’ll try to see what I can do! I was though planning on redoing the lights anyways since the little “cut off” in the middle didn’t really fit to me.

1919-1931 White Knight Dragon Platform

The White Knight Dragon Platform (name now used as the Gremlin badge name) was a platform shared between a failed ultra luxury startup White Knight Model M and the Gremlin Model L and Model E. And is commonly known as the MEL Platform. IN 1919 the platform was used for the White Knight Model M until 1921 when the car ultimately failed, and was later used in 1924 for the Gremlin Model L and in 1925 the Model E before being discontinued due to the Great Recession.

1919-1921 White Knight Model M Modelè

The Modelè was meant to be the ultra luxury sedan that would startup the White Knight Motor Company before being renamed in 1924 to the Gremlin Luxury Company. It featured a 2.9L V12 making 98 horsepower which would be carried to the Model L and E in 1924. It started up by a crank and had hand made wool seats with two chests in the cabin for extra storage due to the rear chest being too small.

It featured small amber lights that were operated by two small levers that turned them on but they never flashed and you’d have to flip the lever again to turn it off. The Modelè was overpriced and didn’t have many of the luxury features that other ultra luxury cars had at that time and ultimately went out of sale in 1921.

1924-1929 Gremlin Model L Louisiana

The Model L was the startup for Gremlin and was marketed as a four seater roadster but was considered a sports car. It shared the V12 from the Model M and had more refined styling. It kept the amber lights and the in cabin chests, but also had the features luxury cars of the 20s had. With a larger rear chest and better headlights the made the Model L the successful startup Gremlin (formerly known as White Knight) needed. It was an early car to reach 60 miles per hour due to it’s lightweight and (for its time) high horsepower. It was sold between 1924 and 1929 before being taken off the market until 1945 when it was and is now sold as the Gremlin Louisiana.

1925-1931 Gremlin Model E Elizabeth

The Model E was essentially the Model M but had a cover. The difference was that the Model E was originally sold as an entry level luxury phaeton so it was much cheaper and was marketed correctly so in turn it sold well, and was it’s only vehicle sold throughout the 1930s. It had a slimmer and lower nose giving it a more modern look with the in cabin chests and amber lights. It would later be updated in 1932 and was made with cheaper materials and was marketed as a car for the poor since the company couldn’t afford to sell luxury cars. It would later be taken off the market in 1939 due to the war so Gremlin could create military vehicles, and would come back in 1945 as an entry-level luxury sedan and was and still is sold as the Elizabeth.

1961-1966 Peregrine Moonchild Mk. I

The Moonchild was a bit of a surprise for Peregrine buyers at the time. A sport/muscle based company isn’t the type of company you’d expect to make a utility/passenger van, but alas they did. And it became quite iconic…for the company at least. With it’s Sport Van model and Passenger model making for good camper van conversions (although a camper version was offered in the 1967-1971 models.) but also were remembered as the minivan before the minivan.

It wasn’t the quickest car with the Utility and Passenger models coming with an I6 which pushed the van to 13 seconds, but for a 1961 van a V8 did quite well for the Moonchild pushing the 0-60 to 11 seconds and sometimes if the time is right 10 seconds. To add to it’s popularity it would be that passenger vans were very popular in the 60s and 70s and that for it’s performance and practicality it was fairly cheap, so the Moonchild managed to sell.

The Moonchild was also offered as a panel van. So if a company needed a van that’s slightly quicker than average then they could buy the Moonchild…which was their cheesy ad campaign. The Moonchild Panel lasted from 1961-1975 before the nameplate was discontinued in 1978 before coming back in 1999 for a concept car and then later being used again in 2004 for the currently on sale Moonchild hatchback which is an entry-level hot hatch.

The Mk. I Moonchild came in 3 models. . .

2020 Blaire LaFette Mk. XIII (repost)

Introduction

We come to the thirteenth generation of the long running flagship sedan. With all new features and a completely refreshed design. The bold and sleek design of the LaFette makes for a perfect granny car. Sharing the same chassis as the Peregrine Helena the LaFette retains some sporty features while keeping a classy and economic feel. The large LED headlights leave for a bright path in the night and the large grills cool the engine as it runs. The LaFette comes with the all new state of the art Auto Parking System (MXP & MXST) and Blind Spot Warning System (with cameras showing your blind spot when Digital Gauges are applied).

Premium Qualities

The LaFette isn’t just an economy car. With the departure of the MXL trim remains the MXP. With a 4.0L V6 producing a comfortable ride with the new standard wool seats that reduce stains while giving an even more comfortable ride than with leather. The chrome accents and new Passion Fruit color choice give the LaFette a nice premium feel and the chrome rims give the LaFette a comfortable ride.

STACY FUCKED MY ENGINE

The LaFette isn’t any slow car. With the newly updated MXST featuring a 5.0L Twin-Turbo V8 producing 670+ hurspurs and a 0-60 of 3.7 seconds. Granny will REALLY like the refreshed Launch Control system which helps get the LaFette get to it’s 3.6 second 0-60 time. The MXST will be limited production to 2500 models and will be available to private buyers August 2020.
