F2

The F2 was a celebratory model produced after successfully grabbing the tender to produce engines for the GP2 and now the new FIA Formula 2 Series. The car was designed and put into production in less than 6 months. In order to speed up the production process, a Deal was struck with Donkervoot. Arrowhead was given the body and chassis of the Donkervoot D8 and in exchange a massive production plant shared between Arrowhead and Donkervoot was build to increase the production rate of Donkervoot cars. In order to differentiate the cars, Donkervoot’s were all Convertibles and Arrowhead’s were all shooting brakes and they also have different features both in and out. The half the plant will be given to Donkervoot after Arrowhead’s limited run of F2 and half will be converted into a Motorsport Facility.

AHGT

The AHGT is the Gran touring lineup by Arrowhead Motor Corp. This division is specially researched and developed in Switzerland along with the AH001. It houses the new 2017 4.0L V8 that will soon be available in the V8S and V8 trim in main stream Arrowhead cars. The car was especially designed with LM GTE racing in mind as Arrowhead needed a production and Advertised car to be able to compete in the LM GTE series. The car was actually designed to LM GTE regulations and taking the LM GTE car as the base design, the Grand touring road version was created. Special Aerodynamics makes the car very slippery, thus the high top speed for such low power output and rather excellent fuel efficiency which are characteristics of a Grand Tourer. The red circled Aero Blade, similar to the aston martin was developped, but while the DB11, uses it as a wing, this Aeroblade is made to reduce drag.

Other parts to reduce drag, is the intake at the rear end of the car.

The Air flowing into this exits through the Aeroblade and the Rear exhalers that reduce drag from the flat rear end.

Top Speed: 229 MPH

AHGT LM GTE " Dracula"

The Highest level of Motorsport Arrowhead competes in after Nascar, but future involvement with FIA F2 will make this the second highest. The AHGT LM GTE was in development for 4 years and the road car was infact born out of the LM GTE, just like the Ford GT. The car was designed for racing in the LM GTE class in the WEC series, but is to have future involvement in IMSA too. The car got it’s nickname Dracula sue to it’s distinctive front grille that is protruded by the strut brace made to comply with the front end crash structure capability. It is also the only car to have its rear wing and diffuser pushed inwards although the LM GTE regulations for 2017 allows for the Diffuser and the rear wing to protrude 100mm outwards. This is because the car is quite long compared to it’s competitors but is still within the regulations. The car also maintains it’s Aeroblade which although was allowed by the WEC and FIA officials, has been disputed by competitor, especially Aston Martin accusing Arrowhead for copying the design. The car choice also has been questioned as the AHGT road version is much more expensive and poweful than the road going version of other LM GTE competitors’s cars. For the new regulations, only two Aero kits are allowed throughout the entire season and this is the low down force Le Mans spec kit. The high down force kit will be coming soon at the end of the year. Other Design changes includes the adition of 4 extra headlights and two rear lights to improve visibility on and for the drivers.

Specs won’t be revealed as it is a race car.

Ahh! Always good to see another GTE competitor on this forum, and that is one menacing looking competitor! I would love to see this race against the Scarlet GTE-17, perhaps even in this year’s AMWEC.

#11

What is the AMWEC, when does it start

#12

It’s the Automation Motorsport World Endurance Championship, still unsure when the next season is going to start, but it should be a hell of a lot of fun when it does arrive

Have a search up for the 2015 AMWEC Thread and have a look

#13

I do not think we are getting an AMWEC any time soon

#14

Ayla

Long time no see. Waited for UE4 to get better and for sure it did

#15

It’s not a supercar or hypercar, or at least it doesn’t look like one, but this first effort in UE4 ought to show some promise.

#16

Looks very cool, can’t wait to see the full result.

#17

It’s meant to be a competitor for the E63 AMG S coupe

#18

Even better
