A de-stroked and turbocharged version of the Mille’s triple would make a nice kei car powerplant. Speaking of kei cars, the Mille looks like a cuter, scaled-up version of one.

Ceder Foré MKVI (2021-)

Introduced in 2018 the MKVI Foré has been a strong player the market but with advancements in technology from the likes of Baltazar’s Quasar and Kadett’s Beat, new technologies have been implemented to keep the Foré at the peak of advancement.

The Foré still retains it’s GLM-M (Global Lightweigt Modular - Medium) platform used in a variety of vehicles in the Ceder range as well as DeLéon vehicles in the USA. Powertrains remain the same though have been further improved and now sport our VAiL Jet 2X technology and cross range stop/start system.

The non-performance engine range continues to consist of a 1.0T 3 cylinder petrol and 1.3T and N/A, 1.6T and 2.0T 4 cylinder petrols, all of which achieve under 5.5L/100KM and superb performance in order to save our planet and savour the drive.

Entice Sport models come standard with fully independent multilink rear suspension, a HUD, part leather or vegan leather interior, 7 SPD DCT, adaptive cooling, and can be ordered with optional 19" ‘‘Rasoir’’ style wheels.

Ceder Espérer MKIV (2021-)

The 2018 Espérer followed our traditional recipe for an executive Ceder, safe, fast and a liftback design, though unkeeping with tradition it’s is unavailable with a V6 engine favouring more modern, efficient and powerful 4 cylinder turbocharged powerplants than the V6’s of yesteryear.

The 4th generation Espérer sees an early-life update along side the Foré on which it’s platform is familial. The GLM-L (Global Lightweigt Modular - Large) platform on which the Espérer is based features multilink rear suspension and is fully adaptable to be fitted with our 4ward® AWD system in select models.

Petrol powertrains still consist solely of our WJ Series inline 4 cylinder. Though the WJ Series roots can be traced back to prior the millenium it’s longevity has allowed us to perfect it’s construction to the benefit of both fuel efficient and performance applications with the added aid of our VAiL Jet 2X technology . Said engines are shared within other Ceder vehicles such as the Foré and Tofane in order to maintain mechanical modularity and familiarity.

The 2021MY update consists of minor aesthetic changes and the addition of two new powerplants and trim levels to the range, a 305hp 2.0T and a 230hp 1.6T hybrid, fitted to GT300 and GTh trims respectively, with the 305hp 2.0T engine also being used in the Foré CRT “Ditane Edition” hot hatch.

The fully active hybrid powerplant uses a sychronous 41KW electric motor intergrated to function with the 8 speed automatic transmission, and has functional battery energy recuperation.

All GT and GTh models come as standard with: full LED Crystal lighting, adaptive shock absorbers, adaptive cooling, HUD, Android Auto or Apple Carplay and our C.I.S.P (Ceder Intelligent Safety Protection) package which includes pedestrian detection, lane-keep assist and pre-collision active braking assistance.

1597 cc WJ Series (1.6-2.0) 175 Vital, Vital Tech AT 8 Speed Front Wheel Drive
1993 cc WJ Series (1.6-2.0) 208 Vital Tech, Entice AT 8 Speed Front Wheel Drive
1597 cc + Electic Motor WJ Series (1.6-2.0) 230 (175 + 41/55 (KW/HP) Electric Motor) GTh AT 8 Speed All Wheel Drive

1993 cc WJ Series (1.6-2.0) 305 GT300 DCT 7 Speed All Wheel Drive

The unveiling of a high performance Espérer has unfortunately been delayed due to Covid-19, though is set to unveil before the new year legislation permitting.

Ceder Korab (2019-)

Introduced in 2019 upon the same platform as the MKVI Foré the Korab is a crossover alternative that is required for more active lifestyles. All Korab models share their platform with Foré Entice Sport and Break (Estate) models: front MacPherson Strut and rear Multilink suspension. This suspension set-up is utilised as to allow the fitment of our 4ward® AWD system.

The styling has been chosen as to differentiate from Foré, giving a more rugged and tough aesthetic, whilst still being visually familial with it’s sister car. Korab’s styling has been tailored to fit in both an urban or a rural environment, aided by the wide availability of aesthetic options courtesy of it’s two tone paint option.

Available power trains consist of the same 1.0 3 cylinder turbo and 1.3 4 cylinder turbo engines used in other Ceder models. Both of which are available with AWD in select trim specifications.

The Nouvelle Abeille was launched in 2016, in conjuction with the 70th anniversary of the first Ceder 750’s production, as a reimagination of the 750 which was nicknamed the Abeille by the press due to it’s sole availability in black and yellow at launch. Like the original it has a rear engined rear wheel drive layout, however it still shares a variety of modular parts such as doors with its front engined sibling the Mérite.

Abeille is available in 4 styles and trim options ascending from Briard to Essence to Classique and Sportif. Each trim provides a different aesthetic and equipment level to suit individual style preferences and lifestyles.

For the 2021MY update Abeille has recieved an all round face lift as well as recieving new and improved versions of our SME Engine Series denoted with XX, these new XX engines have been enlarged, retuned and fitted with petrol particulate filters. Additionally a 0.8 litre 3 cylinder petrol has been added to the lower rungs of the range. This new engine has been designed to provide sufficient horsepower, excellent fuel economy and emmisions and is aimed at the type of lowcost lifestyle where long journeys are not necessary.

The new 0.8 litre engine has already seen success in Asian markets where it is fitted in the Ceder Nimble, and comes fully equiped with our VAiL system (VVL+VVTi).

Ceder Nouvelle Abeille: Ditane Editions (2021-Onwards)

Ditane Trophée R130

The Ditane variations of the Nouvelle Abeille utilise the same basic turbocharged, 1000CC, 3 cylinder engine as standard models, though retuned for increased performance.

Differences from the standard Nouvelle Abeille models include rear disc brakes, more aerodynamic sports style bumpers and retro Ditane inspired wheels. Additionally all Ditane Edition models finish production in the historic Ditane factory in Amiens.

Available in 3 trim specifications: Ditane Sport, Ditane Trophée and Ditane Trophée R130, each of which respectively increase in racetrack orientation. ‘Trophée’ models come with a further stiffened chassis and sports orientated suspension tuning, tyres and an additional rear spoiler.

[L] Ditane Sport - [R] Ditane Trophée

A Trophée R130 vehicle is the most track orientated model available, featuring 18’’ wheels, stiffer suspension over other models, racier brakes, more aggressive rear fascia and a retuned engine producing 130hp/litre courtesy of new camshafts, intercooler, pistons and ‘‘Venin’’ Exhaust System.

R130 specification also includes the removal of weighty standard equipment such as stereo and air conditioning, (available reinstallation as payed optional extras), to the benefit of cornering and a driver focused feel.
