It’s not shade directed at you or the car you made so much as what you concluded. After all I remember your saying that the Criceto wasn’t really designed for the targets set here, which is entirely true. Similarly things like the AZ-1, S660 and even the Copen just won’t make the cut which is why even importing most of these are utterly impossible.

In fact “fancy tech” here refers to suspension and transmissions. The chief advantage of a small car is the experiential immediacy of its interaction with the road. Modern transmissions and suspensions tend to mitigate these in favour for superior versatility. But I don’t think a small car that’s geared towards the driver should have such because all you’ll be left with there is all of the smallness and none of the character. That’s what I’m really saying.
