Would it be possible to give spoilers, lips etc second rotational axis, to adjust wing degree or install wings on rear bumper?

When you add a wing or spoiler, it unlocks the wing angle in slider the aerodynamics tab, the fixtures themselves are just for looks (pretty much).
Iām more of a designer guy. As are many others. Thought this would give silly amount of new options/possibilities to us.
