This started back when I was trying to get the 4.21 beta to work, and at one point, I manually deleted the mods, and now, no matter what I do (re-installing the game, re-subscribing to the mods) nothing works. Any tips on getting them to download? Thanks.

Huh that’s odd. I’m just gonna rattle off the generic stuff cos I don’t have any other ideas.
Hit unsubscribe all in the steam workshop, then restart Steam. Clear the download cache. Change the download region. Clear out the plugins folder manually and verify game integrity in Steam. Then try resubbing to mods - make sure the mods are UE4.21 compatible too.
