Generally yes, 2bbls were common (and you had 4bbls, especially with V8s), but 1 barrel is also somewhat common…Ford 300 anyone?

US V8 truck mills were usually 2bbls. 4bbls were a luxury/performance thing that did make an appearance sometimes, but with the low peak output of 1970s engines they were unnecessary.

Whats the naming scheme?

The usual for CSR: CSR134 - [name], [brand/model/trim], CSR134 - [name], [family/variant]

It’s the same for every round (except the numbers).
