Ok I am sure it is a Steyr Puch Boxer engine like this one.
I can´t figure out the exact model, it must be either one of the fiat 500 derivates, like puch 500, 650, 700…, it sure is not a haflinger, maybe puch adria, puch imp 700 or something else by puch which I just missed.
