Nothing at all to do with it as far as I know.
Clues part one: That isn’t a carry handle at the front for the whole car sadly, but more along the lines of moving the roof to get in. You could even take it off totally for maximum sports, as this beast is rear wheel drive.
Clues part two: 2 cylinder engine, detuned for this application for safety reasons due to the raw power.
Clues part 3: It’s very French, they do like a good daft little microcar.
