Small, nimble and economical - a first car that ticks all the right boxes.
Choosing a car - like finding the perfect house, is always a very complicated procedure. Even when you’ve narrowed down your search parameters to a brand and model you trust, optional extras are thrown at you like a pie to the face or a badly integrated simile; in fact, you are more often than not going to scroll through the ridiculously long list of said extras for quite a lot longer than you took to actually pick the car. To make things worse, picking one’s first car is even harder, as you don’t have the same freedom to choose a car that is both something you like and also meets your legal requirements (i.e. learner driver). Although you are still spoilt for choice - what with your Volkswagen Polo/Golfs and Ford Fiestas, it may be a good idea to look at other, less conglomerated and monopolised firms.
