My family had a 2000 ford focus and it was great until the brakes failed at a unexpected red light. It was something to do with a pipe I think. We sold the car to a person who was a ford mechanic or something. We now have a Hyundai Accent but we know the focus is a good car! 
You made a good choice! 
Today the ecu has been remapped, now the Focus has 193hp/306Nm.

Last wednesday the 182ps Ecoboost software has been loaded in. So now it is faster without being nervous at all also fuel economy is better.

i need to replace the CDI/ECU on my bike once i have the money…
a motorbike usually don’t last much more than 10 yo here, and mine’s on the 9th. it’s going to need some upgrades
