Considering the power to speed ratios we’re seeing, even at 15+ tech aero, I’m in the “too much drag at top end” camp. Real life examples don’t seem to match up any more. Furthermore this problem is exacerbated in the beta. I’ll be bringing that up to see what can be done about it, because it’s now at the point that it isn’t even reasonable for normal supercars.
Also, due to work and life circumstances, I will sadly be unable to get my GG exhibit for this Geneva up in time. I’ll just have to put it up retrospectively… and only once the beta balancing issues are sorted.

BTW. “Vapid” means “offering nothing that is stimulating or challenging”
Re: the top speed issue, killrob confirms there’s a bug that is crimping top speed in the beta but the devs haven’t actually done anything to cause this. They’ll need to find out where it’s coming from but chances are it’ll get fixed.
Interesting… I can reach 516 km/h with a V12 turbo, so I wonder what will be possible when that bug is fixed.
I had my current topspeed vehicle to 422 MPH, but in the beta it got nerfed down to 415.2,

Lol vmo vos isn’t a newbie, he’s been interested in the theoretical top speed since the beginning of time.
That said I bet you breaking 500km/h was done with a very under ventilated car, and enormous fuel consumption, right? As I pointed out, those things did get worse in this update too.
I’m personally going to wait until engine bays actually can be modified with morphing before releasing any new cars. I have… Plans
I made a 514 km/h car… that gets 0.1 mpg. Still has 48 reliability, but yeah, quite underventilated.

Also you realise that 48 reliability combined, in the absence of -15 sliders everywhere, is actually bloody horrendous and your engine is probably a hair’s breadth away from exploding right

One click down on the ventilation slider and it gets insufficient cooling. Everything is at +15, but the engine is almost to the point of blowing up from the RPMs and has somewhere in the range of 30s (or low 40s) reliability on its own.
