24 Hours of LeMans 1974 [RESULTS]

If there’s no cost or man hour limit, can we just use +15 quality on all the engine parts?

Yes! Is a competition before Max Mosley!

I’ll have a car posted sometime soon… Its all ready, I’m just that lazy :stuck_out_tongue:

Last day to sent me the cars (according with the Spanish time: GMT+01:00).

The results:
1. Drake
(2). Vmo (Is the reference car).
2. 8BS
3. HighOctaneLove
4. BitTwiddler
5. Chipskate
6. Nialloftara
7. Pleb (Car error)
Now that’s a quick challenge!!

Damn, it’s annoying that my car simply would not work. :frowning: Ah well

And the method used in the race (UPDATED): 24Hoursoflemans1974_rev2.zip (11.8 KB)

Well that was interesting  I’m a bit surprised I actually won something for once :sunglasses:

Yeah!!! I came 4th outright and 3rd after removing the reference car!!! I’m soo happy right now!!! :sunglasses: :ugeek: :sunglasses: :ugeek: :sunglasses:

Is true.

I have corrected the results (I displaced 1 position forward since the 3rd).

UPDATE: Look now the results.
Changelog:
-Pleb car fixed (the car was sent before the limit, and I haven’t look the message).
-Since the 3rd position (to up), the positions 3, 4, 5, 6, 7 and 8 are now 2, 3, 4, 5, 6 and 7.

Damn, I still came last? I don’t know what I did wrong! :stuck_out_tongue:

I have look your car, and you had wrong these:
-Exhaust quality sliders to +15 (decrease the power, and the weight reduction don’t make a better hp/kg).
-A high negative values of camber increases the tameness and effectivity in corner.

If you are unsure about the suspension, the presets are almost always good guidelines. But do take those with a few grains of salt.
