2006 (presented in ‘04) Ikeda Lunette 1.8 s Auto 3door
The fifth generation of the small Japanese hatchback. Some say the mid-2000s were the time when the Ikeda brand started to become meaningless to enthusiasts, with the focus switching from sportiness to safety. Sure, the sporty models are still there, but the regular ones became kind of… dreary. Don’t be fooled by the S badge - it doesn’t stand for “sports”, but it’s not like it’s really basic - you get a decent (though rather conservatively-tuned) 98hp four-cylinder engine, an automatic transmission option free of charge (like here) and a modest yet good quality interior, all for 17200 autobucks

submitted my entry with a few edits, also made a couple of sporty versions for fun
from green to blue: the 1.8 s I submitted, the warm 1.8 t (“touring”, not “turbo”), the rather hot 1.8 t 20v and the very hot 1.8 RSI Turbo

big clear speedo with a screen that helps you park
easily accessible buttons mounted in the center so you can change it to display parking sensors, the satnav, or the general warnings and other settings. how convenient
so fun and easy controls. the french really thought of everything

With 2 weeks basically still to go I think its a fantastic time to ask for a colab.
However I would recommend asking for a colab on the Discord if you’re on there. People tend to be more active there.

Where do you download the stable version of the game?
The stable version is just the current non beta version available on steam
I have the Al rima one I wonder if I could still submit?
Or instead of the .car file can I zip it
Cars between Al Rima and Elisbury (which is stable) unfortunately aren’t compatible, because of how much the engineering system has changed between them.
If you’re on Al Rima and want Elisbury, you’d have to go into preferences on steam and opt out of the betas; it’ll then re-download the Elisbury update for you (which could take between a few minutes and a few hours, depending on your internet speed)

No that will unfortunately not work. .car files aren’t cross compatible because engineering calculations change and stuff gets added like new bodies and fixtures.
So even if I could open a ”Al-rilma” file on stable, the stats would be vastly different and fixtures might disappear if they aren’t available on stable. Which isn’t fair to the contestant.
So to compete you’ll have to switch back to stable. If you wish I can show you how its done.
