Probably a spambot.
Chipskate should get bonus points for building a Italdesign Cala replica. NFS II FTW!
there’s no car rating system
only race points
Due to this video: youtube.com/watch?v=u-4AOCSzj5k
There will only be 5 races in the AAT Championship this season
Qualifying results will be up in a couple of hours
Here are the Qualifying Results
Qualifying? So those aren’t the final results? What are you planning next?
2 seconds of the pace on a short track. clearly not a good sign.
i am planing to calculate tyrewear and fuel usage with math, detailed stats and a few other things
from that and lap times i could calculate the total time therefore the positions could change
the topgear test track is more straight line speed based so it could change on a more aero inclined track
Yeah Radu, I don’t know about strop’s car, but both mine and Leo’s are running ~500 with natural aspiration.
This probably helps a lot with the sportiness/tameness ratio and therefore, it helps a lot with laptimes.
Yeah I’m running 499hp with an NA I think. Note also that my car has double baffled muffling on it to boost lower end torque at the expense of top end power. It does generally result in better lap times.
Also Airfield is actually a fairly technical track (in terms of average corner speed), the only ones more technical include brands hatch, VIR, tor poznan and potentially tsukuba.
i will be calculating the race results in about 3hrs and it should take me an hour
after that the first thing i will do is upload them here =)

IIRC I am running dual exhausts with two reverse flow mufflers and high flow 3-way cats.
And I think the reason why it’s faster is not the low end torque.
It’s due to the fact that the engine is not as loud, which reduces sportiness.
Which means a better sportiness to tameness ratio, which means the car ends up faster on most tracks.
Edit: Just tried adding 2 baffled mufflers to my ATCC2 entry and removing the interior quality. It’s 0.4 seconds faster on the automation test track.

Well, I’m pretty sure the engine always stays above 5000 rpm, so the torque shouldn’t be an issue.(Right?) Also, from the stats I was under the impression that it has decent cornering grip (more Gs than I normally manage to get from my cars anyway). I don’t know if you guys are running an even more downforce orientated setup or if you found other ways to improve lateral Gs. When I’ll have the time I will put a NA engine in it and see how it goes. I used Spa as my test track.
Here are the race results:
the reason the order is different is because a wheel spin randomly decided who had a slow pitstop
Clearly, I need to speak to Kai about those burnouts in the pit lane
yes yes you do
you nearly chased him down tho
0.8 seconds? That is incredibly close. But it would be, considering how close the regulation was, there wasn’t that much space for revolutionary solutions.
Well, also, we have pretty much zero information on what actually determined the times
