AGC38 - Back to Reality [OPEN TILL MARCH 9TH]

oh, thank you

is it ok like this? I didn’t do this for protection or anything, just for looks

I’m going to say no, atleast part of it has to be exposed to “air”
Also the challenge is running on stable not on the alpha.

ik but hopefully they are gonna update the fixtures bug in less than 1 month

Ok well enough time has passed and supposedly there aren’t any glaring issues, so this is now open!

what about this? it says two different things in two different places

I meant if people wanted to make more large things and i would change the rule to that be 3m and up, however it seems that some people are taking the smaller route so I will leave it as is. (2.6m)

2025 Yokohama SportCross 4xD

With a body on frame construction, proper four-wheel-drive, locking differentials and a stout turbodiesel V6 powerplant, the Yokohama SportCross 4xD was once a popular choice among the overlanding crowd, praised for its practicality, dependability and off-road capability. Coincidentally, those are the same qualities that make for a great timeline-hopper. To prepare it for the task, its chassis and body have been treated to weather the elements, with armoured windows to protect from any eventuality one might encounter – hostile species, geological events or weather phenomena. Its engine has been tuned to a respectable 395 horsepower, enough to get out of its own way without affecting reliability. A roof rack houses solar panels as well as the Power Object, while the rear quarter windows have been converted into auxiliary storage for fuel and recovery boards. Inside, a sizeable cargo area can store the assigned pieces of lugagge, and five occupants can sit in comfort. A launchpad for a reconnaissance drone sits atop the bonnet, aiding sensor arrays in the front and rear for improved scouting and exploration capabilities, while a battery-powered winch allows for autonomous recovery.

Technically, this ends on the 10th. However.

I’ve had very few entries

The CSVExporter I want to use isn’t available yet, IntoAMuteCrypt is buried in ALC so until that is done I “cant” judge the things I want to look at. it could mean multiple hours per car and if I suddenly got a bunch of last minute entries that’d be bad

So. I hate having to put things on hold but that is potentially what is going to happen. Essentially, I would wait till the CSV exporter is updated which could be who knows when.

  • Challenge extension, easier judging for me if the CSV exporter works
  • no extension, suffer judging every car manually.

The way this is written it is very hard to understand when the actual deadline is TBH… The way I have read it is “4 weeks after Monday the 13th” which is the 10th of February…which is why I haven’t been in a hurry.

Fair enough I will amend that part. Regardless the situation remains the same since I have no csv exporter that wants to work with what code I have

So will this be receiving a deadline extension?

Yes, There is no deadline currently because I don’t know when the CSV exporter will be updated. All I’ve heard is “soon”

an update to this so it won’t run forever. I plan to close entries on the 9th so I can atleast complete the damn thing.

I have however, only received one entry so far, despite all the delay. I have seen a few more entries floating around so send them in if that’s you.

I have put my priorities into stuff that had an actual deadline, but I am close enough to being finished to promise that you will get at least two. I hope there’s more people that have thought the same…
