i thought nearly every account you can open these days you got some kind of either visa or master card i have several of both so will be fine
Some banks donât, which I found rather surprising as well. Found that issue at a place I worked at when someone wanted to pay with their bank card which wasnât associated with Visa or MC. The place was only set up for credit cards so they had to run out and get cash since it wouldnât process through the system (extra charge to get the option to run though as âdebitâ which company didnât go for since most associate cards with either Visa or MC).
My card is a Maestro, which I think has something to do with mastercard
Kept giving me an error that the code on the back of the card was wrong even tho it wasnât

Steve, that does sound like a processing error. Can check with your bank as you likely can do that as a local call and thus not costing anything Other than that you could try RocketHubâs support to see if there might be an error with their system handling. To help make it easier for you any anyone else that had an error preordering their contact information is at rockethub.com/contact

It has the same problem with mine so I think itâs on RocketHubs side.
Hence the second part of my post ^^ which included where to find the information to contact them.

With 212 people having no problems and a few that do, the most likely cause would the the card issuer of those few people and not the same place that 200+ people have had no problem with. Thus first place to check wouldnât be the place that most have no difficulties with, that is just basic troubleshooting. In addition, until a very recent post it was a blanket ânot workingâ complaint and not specific.

I have done as you people have suggested and contact my back who âwalkedâ me through filling it the form, they confirmed that I had completed the details correctly and there was no apparent issue with the card and yes I did have money lol my first thought hahaâŚ
So I have contacted rockethub who are great and are looking into the issue, been contacted by their processing company who are asking for some information which I plan to send tomorrow before workâŚ
