Sometimes it is also nice to be just a passenger.

Car is a 1988 Primus Imperator 270TD with velours interior in “Amor Red” and aluminium decor. A very rare combination.

1990 Globus Grand Cruiser LX

For 1990, Globus unveiled their first large car - the 63-78 Comet was a midsize, and after that nothing large came as they mustn’t get the Primus mother company in the way.
Now there was enough space in the model range, and that’s now a true Gasmean sedan! V8 power and a smooth automatic were standard, however in the lower LS trim you shouldn’t look to close at the plastic and not touch it too hard.
The LX trim isn’t something for quality enthusiasts either, then please get a Primus. But the build quality was at least “solid” and the materials a little nicer than in the LS.
The LX with new OHC engine and good comfort tried to get Warren buyers into PMC (Primus Globus Corporation) showrooms.
Acutally, the Warren cars were still a step ahead in terms of design and finish, but the Grand Cruiser was otherwise competetive.

Sometimes, it’s nice to have options.

The 1989 Globus Phoenix LS is “happily” awaiting you for a test drive.
The new facelifted models will make you smile!
