Bavarian Rallye Challenge: The Real Deal [FINISHED]

Nah, I think that prize goes to benpeltz! (Sorry :stuck_out_tongue:)[/quote]

Ouch, ice cold. I was goin for the 90’s look and apparently it was a swing and a miss. But at least check that T top (thanks to a glitch).

lots of testing went into the suspension of my car and then you call it a bouncy castle.
i wonder how good it will turn out to be.

Great news! It looks like, out of a field of 82 (including the DQ’s) I won’t be dead last. I will simplly be in the bottom 20%! haha I’d be very curious to see how many N/A cars there are in the BRC1100 field. From the looks of the numbers, I’d guess it is pretty close to 50/50, which surprised me.

That car will be… if it performs better than mid pack, lol.

I think I optimized it for the first stage too much.

…looks like I should’ve spent some quality points on the engines. Oh well.

lol

AND SPEED!

THAT WILL DESTROY YOUR FACE

p.s. just checking the cards out now. They’re hilarious. I love the slightly caustic commentary, please sir, may I have more??? :stuck_out_tongue:

I feel sorry for this bloke… made a gem of a Super 1000 engine then accidently stuck it in his BRC car

That’s actually a BRC 1100 car…

Edit…

and apparently I’m an idiot…

That car, my friend, is turbocharged, Super 1000 engine doesn’t allowed Turbocharging, so it’d DQ.

It was more of a pun about having competitive Super 1000 power in a BRC 1100… not quite sure what went so wrong because 131kw seems wildly off

I didn’t say that just to contradict your suggestion… :stuck_out_tongue:

I don’t know what they meant with the last line, but what I could make up is that all 3 words can be used to reply to something bothersome :stuck_out_tongue:

Results for the first stage are coming today?

“Meh” is a non-committal noise to indicate lack of strong feeling either way. The comment on driveability seems to be an estimate based loosely on the ratio of tameness to sportiness (the higher the ratio, the easier it presumably is to drive). The top end turbo cars have massive turbo lag so they take a huge hit in tameness but also get a boost in sportiness due to the theoretically higher max power.

This said I’m taking it your suspension setup was quite aggressive on turn-in (high negative camber on front wheels, soft on the front and firm on the rear) to get cornering figures like that despite presumably lower downforce as implied by the top speed. That being said, your car’s tame:sporty ratio is still a fair bit higher than mine, which would be quite scary :stuck_out_tongue:
