2.5bar spooling @ 7000RPM wont give you lots of tameness. Especially the V8 there is not the best choice for a 1.8L Turbo engine. All people making fuzz about their engines…

This is the torque curve of mine, took 4 revisions and 72minute to build and its giving me proper times, also its quite light. What yours is not from what i guess, beacuse to use 40V and Turbos you are almost forced either to give it no quality and take aluminium or make it cast iron and pump up other quality - making the engine very heavy and the car has a bad weight distribution.
Also: If someones good… they dont need to see your graphs, they already know what they wanted to build anyways - no big secret about that.
doh…i wondered why all get proper MTBF with thier turbo engines, but the “zero qualitiy slider rule” applies only on platform and model…beside this little ‘mistake’ on my side i’m looking forward to the competition! in addition to that my Super 1000 has brakes to stop good one time, but therefore the unsprung wheel mass is low 
Guys, calm a little bit down. This challenge is not the most important thing in the world. 
You spend way too much time optimising your car for a single stage. Many of you will probably lose lots of time on the other stages and then be disappointed why the 423 hours of work you put into fine-tuning the car didn’t pay off.

New rule: You may use max. 2 wings and 2 lips because some people exploited a bug. People who used more will get another chance.
I wondered if anyone would use loads of wings, it’s a widely used tactic to get top times on the Airfield and Automation Lap Boards.

That’s where I got the idea from. Seemed legit over there! I will resubmit mine tonight.

Is that 2 wings and 2 lips per side, or in total? presumably it is per side because I have two lips at the front (one in the middle of the bumper and one at the bottom), one lip at the back (at the bottom), and two wings at the back made to look like a double layer wing. However, they aren’t running at anything close to the maximum angle, so it shouldn’t be a major problem
Also, don’t forget people can hide lips within lips and wings within wings
2 wings and lips per car. I know they can be hidden, that’s why I count them by removing them from the car. Probably I didn’t count properly on your car, I’ll take another look. One car had around 25 wings, 3 of them visible.

That’s exactly how the exploit works: Many wings/lips, low inclination.
Resubmitted! S1000 has front and rear lower lip, a wing at the top of the hatch and a spoiler (lip) at the bottom of the hatch window. I hope that will be OK. BRC1100 has only lower lips front/rear and a double-wing on the trunk.
