In honor of Leo, let me copy his delivery method!
The Yellow car is the LHE Listie Mk-II with a de-stroked SX8M-E engine.
The Green car is a Pulsar Delta D2500 (not really devolved that company much yet)
itâs really curious. how did you even get to such low times?
i still couldnât fine the right combination to get it even to 2:20.
the weight distribution on that RR body is 28/72 right now.
0 front camber -2.4 rear, softish rear suspension and slightly harder front, current v8 variant of my tuned engines dropped right in and the weight to litters was almost perfect. Hit about 2:21 on all three bodies just setting the most basic settings, tuning suspension, aero, and transmission got them to low 2:20 relatively easily, chasing 10ths of a second got to 2:19:90 but I could not get anything lower without full camber and even then it wasnt enough of a difference to warrant the increased tire wear.
When do entries for tomorrow need to be in, Der Bayer?
Entries are closed in ~12 hours.

Spies the V12.
Well done! That time is nuts.

Wow! Thatâs almost as fast as my turbo and a lot less thirsty! Job well done!
tyre quality tweak is prohibited, isnât it?
then those carâs time makes me lose my confidence.
well then, just join me on my journey of âgiving upâ and just make a car that could finish the race with probably only 1 or 2 pit stops
Iâm being even lazier and just letting the cars I built run. The full 1976 season will come soon enough - might as well have a basis of comparison to start with.
How is fuel consumption calculated?
Is there another possibilty to send you the zip and take part of the competition?

in-BRC engine reliability is eng.reliability*(actual cooling/required cooling)?
then i guess turbo cars will have serious trouble
Automation generates both power (kW) and combustion efficiency (g/kWh) numbers for the engines, and Der Bayerâs program uses those and the instantaneous throttle input to generate instantaneous fuel consumption. A while ago, I came up with a formula to approximate this based on fuel consumption at peak power, and thatâs what people in the thread have generally been using.
Can you explain again what each term of the equation is? I know the first two. What exactly is the thirdâŚ1kg/1000g? Is it an either/or constant?
Its a constant to change it from g/h to kg/h i believe
AndâŚPantera body failed to save again (3rd time). So I have submitted one entry. This Pantera body just fucking hates me, so I wonât make another entry.

Correct - Der Bayer measures fuel tank sizes in kilograms (because measuring it in grams would be utterly preposterous), so you have to divide by 1000 to turn grams into kilograms.

To avoid that I usually Brctool-export the car while game is still running and sitting in overview tab.
modified pit strat submitted.
