Oh i know now what was problem with gearbox. i made transverse engine, but not transverse gearbox. Of course this option was hidden somewhere deep in creating menu.

PS: I found that the GearCity game is very bureaucratic and difficult. But very well built.
PS2: Cars Incorporated - I did not like.
