This is the 2014 Novara Nova Vampire. Designed for those searching for a fast sedan, it wasn’t a bargain at $102’000 back then, but it’s sure to impress with a quarter-mile time of 10.66 seconds and a top speed of 363 km/h (cornering G’s of 1.03). This car is ideal for speed enthusiasts and those who want more power.
The Vampire was the top trim of the Nova. The base model, the Nova Corsa, is very similar, as can be seen in the picture below. Both cars feature the same 5-litre V8 engine, although the Vampire’s was slightly larger and a 2.7-litre supercharger was added to provide strong boost even at low rpm. This made the Vampire almost twice as powerful . The chassis is the same, and many other parts are shared with the much cheaper base model (USD 58,000), so many parts are widely available. Today, a used Vampire in good condition costs around $40’500, which is worth every penny! Production of the Nova ceased in 2020, after a facelift in 2018, when the company suffered major losses due to the Corona pandemic and finally had to declare bankruptcy.
2014 MEPAC Chaser
The absolute masterclass of a front-engined sports car. Powered by a mighty 4.7L V8 producing a proper 753 HP with the help of a strong supercharger. This results in astronomical torque figures (783 Nm at 4600 rpm) and a powerband that is predictable and smooth. The Chaser is equipped with an On-Demand AWD system, which has been proven by the Skyline cars of Nissan to be a force to be reckoned with. Combined with a 8 speed DCT, the car can propel itself to a respectable 406 kph. The only real downside of this engineering masterpiece is its costs, starting new at $164k and used it is around 105k. Still this pricetag is fully justified by the pure performance this car offers.
To determine availability, location, and suitability of the Kurosake R-GT as a potential high-performance pursuit vehicle capable of countering current evasion tactics utilized by repeat offenders known for high-speed flight.
The Acrylica Police Department conducted a focused assessment of the Kurosake R-GT’s suitability as a pursuit vehicle, referencing online performance databases, enthusiast forums, and production records. Preliminary research indicates the R-GT is a limited-run, high-output platform with advanced tuning potential, placing it above standard patrol fleet capabilities. Its reported acceleration and handling metrics classify it as a viable option for intercepting high-speed offenders, pending confirmation of acquisition cost, maintenance feasibility, and roadworthiness.
A cross-reference of impound records identified a vehicle registered under seizure case #1049, listed as an "Unregistered Grand Touring Sports Car Import,” matching the serial number KRS-RGT-09-47721. Physical inspection confirmed the asset as a modified Kurosake R-GT, exhibiting non-factory upgrades consistent with street-racing activity at the time of impoundment. The vehicle remains in custody, eligible for forfeiture review, and meets preliminary criteria for adaptation to departmental pursuit use.
Kechler is a brand known for their performant and somewhat luxurious vehicles with this car being no exception. The P47 RS looks classy but don’t be fooled. This beauty is a 2-door coupé powered by a 582hp 4.7L V8 turbocharged RS engine and weighs a little over 1800kg. It holds two seats and has a huge trunk which can easily store guns, riot gear, multiple K9’s and even an electric chair. It accelerates from 0-100kph in a mere 3.14 seconds using a 7 gear dual clutch tranmission and achieves a top speed of around 365kph.
The sleek interior is made of a combination of premium leather, fabric and glossy plastic details. It comes equiped with a center console, everything is being controlled by the center knob (UltiTouch) and provides a comfortable and easy to adjust your ride.
The P47 is standard equped with teal blue ambient lights, a digital dashboard and a projected speedometer.
The adaptive Harmon Karbon soundsystem makes every driving experience a true musical pleasure.
Went to visit a Kechler showroom a couple of days ago. The guy there told me they just got in a good as new '22 P47 RS. A retired CEO bought it for his wife but she got caught speeding 5 times in the same day by the same cop. After 3 months and a fortune on speeding tickets, they decided to get rid of it and get something more suitable for the wife. So the car is nearly used, for sale at a reduced price and in mint condition.
The guy left his business card and said the chief can give him a call at any time if interested.
There have been some feedback about the body style restrictions being too restricting. If there’s enough of a drive for them, I’ll change the rules, maybe reshuffle some priorities, and extend the deadline some.
If your name was in the submission post above, you are welcome to change you entry. The two submission rule would apply to the new entry.
Allow other bodystyles (Wagon, Hatch, SUV, Pickup/Ute)
Overview and Specs: Who said luxury couldn’t go fast? Certainly not the engineers of this all-American hellspawn. They decided to take a tame I6 luxury sedan, anger the hell out of it, and give it the kind of power that could rip your arms off.
Where is that power coming from though? Well, it gets it muscle from the prized Durand 5.6L Supercharged V8, making 860hp and 660 lb-ft of torque. That’s not all though. That power plant is mated to an 8-speed automatic transmission along with the Durand tenaX™ On-Demand AWD, which sends this boat to 60 mph in 3 seconds, and somehow manages to hit a top speed of 243 mph (391 kph).
Despite its comfortable 5-seat interior, AWD system, active sport suspension, and a boat-like weight of 4,688 lb. (~2,126 kg.), this crack-addicted luxo barge is surprisingly drivable, and could really give those German cars a scare, in true American spirit.
New and Used pricing: This thing was not cheap when it came out. Off the showroom floors, it could take away up to $121,500 from a filthy rich bank account. However, fear not, because depreciation is your friend here! Not only can it compete with the Germans on performance, but also on price drops, for the price of a nice used one is a little under $74,000. That’s 30% off a basically new car!
However, some of you might know that there’s nothing more expensive than a cheap premium car.
…But then you remember, people love the supercharged power plant, and Durand puts this engine in a myriad of their performance models, with parts being plentiful and as far as performance engines go, along with aftermarket parts in case you want to mix it up a little.
Conclusion: So, if you want a sophisticated sedan that can embarrass some muscle cars as soon as you put the pedal down, then the Imperius DSE might just be for you!
Seems like the consensus is to leave the bodies restricted to Sedan and Coupe. There will be no change to the bodies or the deadlines. All continues as normal.
“You’ll never take a competition lap at La Sarthe.”
You’d think people would learn to not tell Americans they’ll never be able to do something. Especially an automaker known for bucking the trends and building affordable performance. But those words set off a crusade to build a GTE class car. The problem was, however, Ibis wasn’t exactly flush with cash.
So they improvised.
Starting with the Osprey family sedan they rummaged through the parts bin for anything they could use, to the point of taking the transaxle from the mid–engine Jaeger and reinforcing it for race duty. Why reinforce it? Because with the money they saved by making it a parts bin special they were able to engineer a 5.5L naturally aspirated V10. Between the transaxle, the V10, and various other tricks they actually managed to give it a 50/50 weight balance. The only downside was they turned an affordable, near premium family sedan into a 350 unit/year performance coupe that would run you $94,100 brand–new. But you can’t make an omlette without breaking a few eggs.
And you can’t make the grid at Le Mans without taking some risks.
That was the tagline accompanied by these two teaser images first released by Sesia’s social media, teasing the release of the first trims of the next generation Sesia Leonov.
At €128,000 when brand new, it was designed as a competitor to the Chevrolet C7 Corvette Z06, the Nissan GT-R R35, and the Mercedes-AMG GT. It’s powered by a 4.0L Supercharged V8 motor, which made 702 horsepower, and 485lb-ft of torque. It sends that monstrous power to the rear wheels through a 7-speed Dual Clutch transmission, which makes the Leonov do 0-62 in 3.9 seconds, with a top speed of 249mph (400 km/h), despite its 3600 pound (1630~ kilogram) weight.
The 2017 Sesia Leonov V8 (Now in 2022)
Time hasn’t been kind to the Italian sports car, with it depreciating in value as much as, well, an Italian sports car. It has dropped, on average, 41% in value since new, with the average used example going for €75,708. But it has remained a popular choice for people who are craving a bit more class versus its competitors.
In 2014, Shinxa - a semi-popular Japanese sports and family car manufacturer - decided it was time to create another sports car (since they’re a car manufacturer (duh)). The idea was a fast American-minded coupe, with tremendous power and a 400kph+ top speed for people who wanted to conquer both the quarter-mile and the expressways 1-mile strips. The top performance trim was the 5.6 X, the only one to feature a huge supercharged V8 and a top speed well above what Shinxa needed. Although lower-end trims were made too, most of them became just “one of the cars ever made”.
Over the years, the 5.6 X got more and more iconic as there weren’t many Japanese sports cars out there with V8-s - especially not with such dyno numbers - meaning more and more car guys wanted one. Shinxa’s management never really expected this increase in the car’s popularity, but seeing that the demand for the Ikari became higher and higher, they upped production.
Today, Shinxa can be considered a major sports car manufacturer mostly thanks to the Ikari. The 5.6 X became a staple in the car community and even though there are relatively many of them, it is a heavily treasured vehicle. And of course, due to becoming a JDM legend and a generally popular car, aftermarket modifications and replacement parts are widely available for it.

Side note: due to it being a front engined two seater, the Ikari has a relatively large trunk area, perfect for police equipment. (how convinient)
Some stats may be way off, but all of them are true. This is to not “leak” the car and give precise references to other competitors muhehehe >:)
The irl info in the "Backstory” section might be wrong - as im not that much of a car guy - so we will go with alternative universe where no puny 10s Japanese restrictions exist lol
During the making of this car, i realized i absolutely suck at making my cars’ rear. The one you see in the picture is the 4th version. Yes i left it like that because i didnt want to try again, and yes i only included it in one picture so only the judge and me has to expose his eyes to it any more than whats healthy.
Also, if you download the “Overpass” photoscene and tried to find where i took the impound lot picture, you would see that there arent any white parking lines there and thats because…
