1962 - New Models!

After the commercial success of CEAL’s new van both nationally and in European countries, the company presents a new light commerce and delivery vehicle. It is an ideal complement to the van and will come with the Delta 848 chassis (PS 01 platform) from which it will also take its engine and interior.

This new commercial version is the new ally of all those entrepreneurs, both small and large companies, who need a spacious vehicle, with a load capacity appropriate to their business and the agile and comfortable driving of a car. Its generous cargo space based on the Delta prole chassis offers a very large space that can be used to load different types of materials, transport everything that is needed in your business.

Introducing the 1092 engine

In 1962 we are delighted to introduce you to our new engine, totally improved and now liquid cooled to offer greater efficiency and power. The new engine is a 4-cylinder, 1092 cm3 gasoline engine that has a power of more than 42 horsepower with very high fuel efficiency rates. The old air-cooled 848 block be completely redesigned to be able to place a new radiator and holes inside the cylinders and cylinder head where the coolant will flow, which will allow having a vehicle in a thermal section of efficient operation and that allows maintaining the engine fresh after many hours of work.

“Costa Carrocerias”

Ceal has partnered with a Barcelona coachbuilder who will be in charge of modifying the body of the Delta 848 to adapt it to a pickup aesthetic with a rear box and two seats. The coachbuilder Costa is known for his great work modifying the Seat 600, as is the case with the van or the Seat 800. In his workshop in the Barcelona Free Trade Zone, the bodies will be modified and once finished they will be returned to the Madrid plants. where they will be assembled with their respective engine and independent chassis to result in the new CeaL pickup.

Both models can be ordered with the 848cc engine or the new 1092cc water-cooled engine.

The vehicle had a powerful 4-cylinder diesel engine that delivered 70 horsepower, which guaranteed exceptional performance. In addition, its resistant construction allowed it to face difficult paths and rugged terrain without problems.

The Noble was available in two body versions: a short 3-door and a long 5-door. Both options offered ample interior space and unsurpassed practicality. CEAL in the army

The Noble all-terrain vehicle launched in 1965 by the CEAL company in its military version is a versatile and resistant option for use in war conditions. This version stands out for being lighter and more robust, which makes it an ideal option for military needs. One of the main characteristics of this military version is its ability to adapt to the specific needs of each army. The model in the photos is only the base, allowing each military unit to modify it to their liking and adapt it to their specific requirements. This provides great flexibility and ensures that the vehicle meets the standards and requirements of each unit.

An important aspect to highlight is its reinforced suspension. This characteristic is essential to resist difficult and adverse terrain present in war situations. The reinforced suspension ensures that the vehicle can traverse uneven terrain without compromising its performance and durability, thus ensuring the safe transportation of soldiers and weapons.

Another advantage of this military version is its space adapted for several soldiers and weapons. The load and transport capacity of this all-terrain vehicle allows it to carry several soldiers and the equipment necessary for combat. This is especially important in war situations, where rapid and safe mobility of troops and weapons is essential.

CEAL Bacuta 1964

The presentation of a new sports car always generates expectation and excitement among fans of high-end cars. In 1964, CEAL surprised the world of motorsports with the launch of the CEAL Bacuta, a high-design sports car that became the sensation of the moment. In collaboration with the famous designer Pininfarina, this car stood out for its elegance and the story behind its creation: a commemoration of the late Gloria Llorca Pérez, Skygel’s grandmother, who wanted to capture her essence in a vehicle that would bear her name.

The CEAL Bacuta, presented in 1964, is a high-design sports car created in Spain, in collaboration with the renowned designer Pininfarina. This car commemorates the life of Gloria Llorca Pérez, Skygel’s grandmother, and stands out for its elegance and power. With a 3-liter, 6-cylinder boxer engine that generates 115 horsepower, rear-wheel drive, vibrating chassis and double wishbone suspensions, this sports car is positioned as a fun option but for more expert hands.

The CEAL Bacuta is presented as a masterpiece in terms of design and aesthetics, a body with soft and elegant lines, with a combination of colors that highlight its sporty character. Furthermore, the inspiration in the essence of Gloria Llorca Pérez, Skygel’s grandmother, adds an emotional and personal component to the vehicle, giving it added value for those who know the story behind its creation.

But not only its design is notable, but also its performance on the road. The 3-liter, 6-cylinder boxer engine, with a power of 115 horsepower, offers impressive performance on every ride. The rear-wheel drive provides a feeling of control and agility in corners, while its low weight, thanks to its vibration chassis, allows for greater speed and driving efficiency.

The double wishbone suspension is another of the strong points of this sports car. Thanks to this technology, a perfect balance is achieved between comfort and stability, guaranteeing a pleasant and safe driving experience. However, it is important to note that this car is specially designed for more expert hands, since its sportiness requires precise handling and a quick response to any situation on the road.

The CEAL Bacuta is a clear example of the talent and passion for high-end cars in Spain at the time.

That’s a proper Batmobile.

Special batman comic in Spain with this car hahaha. :bat:

Regarding the Bacuta, the black example would make for a great Batmobile, even with its modest power - and with weight distribution calculations revised for 4.3, rear-engined cars (such as the Bacuta) are now more viable than ever!

NGL, if I held a TMCC that was Batman inspired and this one appeared, the other contestants would have had a hard time.

Good enough for the road, but some folks may find it underpowered - a more highly tuned version of that engine, with 30-50 more horsepower, would have made it more of a sports car - and a filmmaker’s favorite to boot.

We have to wait to see more powerful engines, the 6 cylinder comes from a 300hp competition engine and has been modified for sporty street driving. But don’t forget that the original engine has a version of 300hp, 160hp and the one shown of 115hp. The thing is to tame the car for each style, which is why I am working on the most radical versions for competition.

The good thing is its low weight of around 800 kg and its optimized although not perfect weight ratio, I have achieved a distribution of 41% front and 59% rear.

This week it will be in the BeamNG mods and I hope you can enjoy it and feel the pleasure of driving it and what the car represents. Greetings to all friends!

Postscript: The rear wings are a nod to Batman haha but I wanted to place them since I designed a prototype for the new Delta, the Delta 1000 and well I like the idea of a Spanish Batmobile!

Absolutely mate, with the new tools the weight distributions especially in the “all back” (Engine, gearbox, transmision…) are brutal! Being able to create cars with great handling, what a good job from the developers
