Car body must be 2006 or older? can we use newer bodies?

Trim year and engine family year has to be 2006.

It should look like this:

If the game lets you choose the body after doing that then you can use it.

Unrelated question, but how do we make liveries in this game? Are there some good decal mod packs out there?

there’s a few sponsors packs, but as far as liveries go idk I’m pretty bad at it lol

Anyone has any tips on how to get Drivability in the TCD class?
i feel like im having issues wiht that since i can’t get it above 36.

Are you rear-engine? If so that would probably be pretty reasonable, but i’d start with getting the steering graphs to point down at the end, not up.

No, i played with the engine a bit and sacrificed reliability to get it a bit over 40.

The yellow lines on the steering graphs will point downwards if the car exhibits an understeer bias, and upwards if it has an oversteer bias. Shifting the car’s balance towards understeer via suspension tuning is best done with increased rear camber (relative to the front) and toe-in angle - the latter method has the more profound impact, especially on mid- and rear-engined cars.

i know that, the steering is fine that is why i asked

Not a bad start. It seems one of your entries is based on one of the '05 Spotlight body sets, but what about the other? I think that one used the '05 Mercy as its basis (but in a rear-engined configuration, not a front-engined one).

So i downloaded the number plates you provided, but i don’t know how to place them on the car…Can anyone help me?

same problem im having. im not very good adding mods to the game that dont come from steam lol

you have to use the custom image material, just make a new paint, choose that material in the list and then scroll to the right, where you can add the picture as a base color.

Hi, I have further questions about the numbering system. Is it one number per submission or one number for the either two or three cars under each submission?

One number per car.

But you can only reserve two numbers.

So, how does it work for those of us who want to enter both classes or squeeze in three cars in the budget?

You can choose the numbers for the other cars when you submit them.

For example: PhirmEggplant reserved 13 and 47. When he submitted yesterday he then chose 59 and 61 for the other cars.

Question, I know stacked aero fixtures are banned, but would this type of splitter layout be considered ‘stacked’? It’s a lip on top of a front splitter, two separate fixtures, but I think it looks kinda cool.
