Crashes every time i open

i just downloaded the automation launcher and every time i do it i get a automation launcher has stopped working error whats going on? how do i fix this

Hi KainAussie,

Does this occur as soon as you attempt to open Launcher? Or after you have attempted to login?

it was doing it as soon as the program opned but i fixed it i disabled my antivirus

Maybe the AV was blocking the Launcher’s request to get the versioning information, and then my poor Launcher couldn’t cope. :S

When i try log on to the game i have an error (see attached file).

And another screen wit an error. In application error log i have an information that the problem was caused by the Automation_Shipping.dll.

would someone possibly be able to help me with the same issue here, strangely enough i have my antivirus disabled for other programs, nor can i open my firewall to allow automation as an exception
