License Grant
You are granted a limited, non-exclusive license to use Cipher.ai solely for your personal, non-commercial purposes. This license does not convey any rights to the underlying technology.
Ownership & Assignment of Content
All content generated by Cipher.ai during your participation—including text, images, and any derivatives thereof—is the sole property of Cipher.ai and Valens AG. By contributing, you irrevocably assign all rights, title, and interest in such content to Cipher.ai and Valens AG, and you expressly waive any claim of authorship or ownership.
Competition & AI Library Enhancement
Participation in our competition constitutes consent for Cipher.ai to incorporate your generated content into its proprietary library. This library is used to improve, train, and expand the AI system. You acknowledge that your contributions may be used in future developments without further compensation or attribution.
Waiver of Moral Rights
You waive all moral rights in any content generated or submitted through Cipher.ai, including any right to object to modifications or to claim authorship in the future.
General Provisions
This EULA is governed by current laws. Cipher.ai reserves the right to modify these terms at any time, and your continued use of the service constitutes acceptance of any updates.
