Ops! I didn’t saw that!
Well, I was going to make a shitty little economy SUV but the Australia Mobile has inspired me.
When faced with the problem of producing a new police cruiser, Albatross engineers considered a tried and true approach: if it ain’t broke don’t fix it. However, this wasn’t good enough. We decided on a new approach: if it ain’t broke, let’s just make it better. The end result of this was the new Albatross PPV, which takes the best aspects of our older models but adds a few modern touches to make it better than ever. Power comes from a brand-new 3 liter turbocharged Inline 6, producing 282 hp and 310 lb-ft of torque. Power is sent to the rear wheels through a 5 speed automatic transmission, allowing 0-62 in 6.8 seconds and a top speed of 149 mph. Even with this impressive performance, the Albatross PPV also gets 45 MPG highway (32 MPG combined). The car rides on brand new 4-wheel independent suspension, which provides good handling when in pursuit without sacrificing comfort when on long patrols. Other features include driver and passenger airbags, electronic stability control, traction control, 4 wheel anti-lock disc brakes, factory mounting points for police equipment, and everything else you would expect from the latest Albatross Motors vehicles. Fleet pricing starts at $15,893 per unit. Please see your local Albatross dealer to learn more.

Question: are facelifts of existing cars allowed? I.e older family but 2011 model?
Also, does seating more than 5 count for anything?
I don’t think so:
What this means is that both the model and trim years must be set to 2011 - in effect, only brand new cars are eligible, not updates of existing ones.
Also, some bodies don’t even have provision for a third row of seats and hence can’t have more than six seats in total. For those that do, adding a third row of seats increases the practicality stat but reduces cargo space. On top of that, it adds a considerable amount of extra cost, especially with three full-sized seats.
Technically you could seat 6 with 2 rows by way of double bench seating. But I don’t think that would be usable, or even realistic at all, in this case. I presume Groovester is asking with a 3-row body already in mind.
