boo hoo, don’t like it don’t enter
Womp womp
coming from an artist, there’s still other ways you could’ve sourced images without supporting organizations or using programs that profit by stealing from actual artists.
but it’s also your challenge so boo hoo womp womp for us i guess
Also coming from an artist, I struggle to see how generating an image or two compared to stealing an image off the internet makes any difference Either way no artist is getting paid
Well for those of us with no graphic design skills (and who DON’T mass-distribute or sell it) AI art is pretty great. Especially if you use it as a basis/inspiration for “Real” artwork.
Any chance that the buyers would be open to a 4 seat layout? The Purosangue is a 4-seater, while the Urus and Cayenne GT (as well as the Cullinan and Bentayga that aren’t listed as inspiration but could fit too) have a choice between a rear bench or a pair of buckets.
Of course if they strongly prefer a 5 seat layout then I guess it doesn’t matter even if 4 seats are allowed.
It’s not that deep.
No, rear seat space is very handy when it comes to carrying extra stuff around, in this case camera equipment etc. and a rear center console would take up space that would otherwise be utilized
(also the Cullinan most definitely will not fit this brief)
after some testing, i’m finding the budget to be somewhat restrictive. i think an increase to 75k would be enough that people can’t go too far from what you’re asking for in the brief, but it gives everyone some breathing room
I’m very curious as to why techpool has a lower limit of +5 in each (except turbo on N/A engines)? Is this due to a realism thing(i.e the year the challenge is in being 2025 so you want to simulate that) or is purely to prevent TP cheesing strats?

Yes kinda both, because '25 year and prevent cheesing.

Alright, from me and Ivan’s mules with standard everything (0 quality and 5 TP everywhere) we reached around 50k-55k.
We can change it to Minimum TP to 0 and a budget increase to 75k, what do you guys think?
I’m in favor of this change - the raised cost cap will give us more scope for creativity, engineering-wise.
Alright guys I amended the rules to increase budget to $75,000 and lower minimum TP to 0 in all categories.
Can we make hybrid cars?
Can we make hybrid cars?
There’s no realistic or nice way to emulate it in Automation right now, so no.
Pedestrian-Friendly? Only If You’re a Speed Bump
Pedestrians? more like deadestrians. With its towering height and massive size, you’ll practically obliterate anything in your path (don’t worry, though, the oversized grill ensures you’ll hear the wham loud and clear). This SUV’s so massive, it could almost be classified as a weapon of mass destruction, But we wouldn’t do that because George Bush would probably invade you.
Literally what even is fuel economy?
You might be asking, how’s the fuel economy? And the answer is simple: awful. Fucking atrocious. You’re an idiot for even asking. This isn’t just a vehicle; it’s a statement. A statement that says, “My climate change goals are to make the Netherlands into Atlantis by 2030."
me when i see my bitch ex wife
Look, the fact of the matter is this: This truck is probably not the best at anything practical. The only reason it’s even here is to show that if you want an SUV that’s got presence, power and shows how much of a rich asshole you are, there’s only one choice: Shromet Levine.
The most memey SUV on the market is back, and it’s bigger and badder than ever!
PDiddy surely would order it
