LOL 8bs, your marketing guys must be desperate to offer launch control in a car that puts out 61hp. Did that impact your engineering costs by much?
Nice ad though. I apologise for the placement of this question, the answer to which must be common knowledge enough that I am blind and missed it, but how did you get the car picture taken without the background?
Wellā¦ yes! It increases a lot!! lol Itās a parody trying to sell a car in those terms lol Bankruptcy, divorce, and huge debt are waiting for me!
If you notice the background is there, Iāve just cutted the picture and changed a bit the contrast and the brightness of the picture, to give it that look ā¦ simply opened with a Microsoft Office tool.
you just press ^ once, then the console appears. Then you type HideBuildings() and then the background should disappear. If it doesnāt, type the same thing again and then the background will definitely disappear.
Hello ppl, here I am introducing the new Dacia Logan 350GT, a city-made Coupe Sporty Car with a pretty nice consumption of gasoline. Hope you enjoy it ^^
Ok either I must be being thick or something, but where exactly does this console appear.
I have tried pressing ^ as described above and ~ as described in the original release post but nothing happens. Tried it on menu screen, sandbox menu and in the car and engine designer screens and no command line or console appears.
what am I doing wrong? (just in case it has anything to do with it Iām using an EN-GB laptop keyboard and ^ = Shift+6 and ~ = Shift+# which is next to the enter key)
Thatās probably where the confusion is coming in. On a UK layout the ~ is shift + #, on the key next to the bottom of the return key. ` is the key just below escape on the UK layout, which is also used for console commands in games quite often
Actually iāve tried doing it, but nothing happened. May it be due to the fact that my ~button is NOT below Esc (it sits just by the Enter buttonās side)?
Guys, in order to not de-rail the challenge thread (sorry Der Bayer) I have started a new thread in the Support forum for those who wish to continue discussing the lack of console access.
After devising a car company back in 1983 and creating lots of cars in a 20-year timespan, the engineers back at Syko Co have devised a neat handy little (note: not little) car for those times where you need one and you want it to be nice. Presenting the 2003 SX-200 āPozdromoā:
I submitted mine a few minutes ago. No pics yet (probably get around to it later), but itās inspired by the 2003 Accord EX V6 Coupe 6-speedā¦ except mine has 4 doors.
22 entries so far, but Iām hoping for more participants during the weekend. Maybe I can tease some more by showing off the revised trump cards, now with double the information!
