Haha, you advanced it to the finals so call it whatever you like
In seriousness, it’s built on the GM box body and I deliberately kept it looking similar to a hopped-up Monte Carlo Aerocoupe, so it’s a pretty deliberately ‘muscle-like’ car.

And with that we have our top 5 - two from the low-cost (sub-$20k) group, and three more from the high-budget (>$20k) bracket.
However, my entry is the only one based on any of the '84 Commoner body sets - on the other hand, there were quite a lot of entries built on a variant of the Mobula body set (although sadly none of those made the finals). I did not expect the Benetsch Lerance (essentially a rear-engined version of a Monte Carlo SS) to join my car in the final five, though, especially considering its thirsty, oversized engine.
Yay my car is advances to final! (barely, because comform and sportness isn’t good as you told, yelp!
Honestly surprised at this, but in a field of 4 and 6 cylinders, it’s probably to expected. Still had fun building a funky special order package anyway. X3
With only five cars left on the list, it’s time for David to decidewhich one he’s going to buy.
5 - @Calja-05 Summit Ossa SSE
It has the worst sportiness of the top 5 and comfort is not great either. Its average stats are not good enough to compete with the other finalists.
4 - @abg7 LVC LR24 2.0
Very cheap and reliable, but it’s the most uncomfortable of the finalists and the hardest to drive by some margin.
3 - @Texaslav Benetsch Lerance 4500ZR
Looks great and has good stats. Unfortunately it’s expensive to purchase and keep on the road, with its high service costs and bad fuel economy.
2 - @LennoxV10 Megocom Ravia 3.0 ST
The combination of sportiness and comfort is not bad, but not great either. Otherwise it’s a very good car, but not as good as the winner.
1 - @Vento Xf Cupola Supreme
It’s pretty unsafe and it only has two seats so it’s not practical either.
On the other hand, reliability and fuel economy are much better than the competition. It also has the best combination of sportiness and comfort (1st and 4th in those stats respectively), while being easy to drive and cheap to service.
The Cupola is not perfect, but out of all the cars that have the engine on the wrong side, it’s the best for David.
Yay super happy I won. !!!
congrats!
Well that was fun
i’m surprised i even ranked there, thanks for the fun challenge!
