Is there a min of Practicality?
Turns out there is a bug that completely breaks positive brake quality. You can have a super heavy car with tiny solid brake rotors that reaches maximum brake fade and should cook them very quickly… but throwing a single quality point completely negates the brake fade and makes it work like a charm. Which is obviously very very very stupid and makes no sense whatsoever.
Sorry, I know submissions have already opened but I just learned of the bug (thanks @TheElt), and such an important bug merits a rule change even if submissions have already opened.
I’ll also go over the cars I’ve already checked and notify someone if they need to change their brakes, but so far I think I’ve seen no cars with positive brake quality.
There are still quite a few days until the deadline (Thursday), so for now I won’t extend it (and because it should be an easy change), but if someone thinks it should be extended please say so.
@Ryan93: No minimum practicality
Seems to be a bug with utility brake fade. My 3700 lb van has max fade with 6 piston vented 14 inch fronts and 4 piston vented 12 inch rears. 130 ft stopping distance on medium compounds. A few other cars don’t seem to have this problem.

Might wanna avoid having your .car file in the post. If you haven’t already, DM @ElMenduko with it instead.
Oh, thank you! So I send to him then in a pm?

this post brought to you by Caswal (thanks for fixing my launcher!), shape carving bars, and as always, Canva.
Some might call us crazy, but of all vehicles we at BT Motors decided a van would be the perfect candidate for use in the Antarctic. Modified to handle the extreme conditions of Antarctica, the Tarandus provides an excellent balance between offroad capability, utility, efficiency, and cost
Powered by a turbocharged 3.0L inline 6 making 266 lb/ft of torque from 1900rpm all the way through to 3500rpm and 226 hp, the Tarandus has power and torque as soon as you need it. An idle consumption 1.34 L/h and fuel economy of well over 70 mpg under 35 mph means you’re never going to be left stranded, out of fuel.
With 3 seats up front, a cavernous 7020L of cargo volume, and a load capacity of over 2.8 metric tonnes, the Tarandus can ferry anything you can throw in it, all in the safety of an enclosed hold. For the storage of extra equipment, the AEV comes standard with side lockers and roof racks. If necessary, personnel can even be transported in the cargo area without the risk of exposure to the extreme Antarctic elements.
A van might not seem like the go-to choice for an offroader, but with solid rear suspension, a factory lift kit, offroad sway bars, a skidtray and a 10,500 lb rated winch the Tarandus is capable of going wherever you point it. A bullbar and auxiliary lighting are also standard equipment. Aluminum panels and a galvanized chassis ensure that the Tarandus is well-protected from the harsh Antarctic environment.

Thanks to its hydraulic suspension, locking differentials, four wheel drive system and all-round solid axles, the C250 can go anywhere and carry anything that’ll fit. Powered by a next-generation naturally aspirated 3.5 liter V6 engine, the worthy successor to the million-mile unit in the last C series, your C250 will never stop running, and it’ll easily surpass 40 miles to the gallon at low speed. Idle consumption of just 1.6 liters an hour and excellent performance at any rev range solidify the fact that the C250 is always a solid choice, as shown by our 30 FD Power Dependability awards*.
Privacy glass in the rear, available seating for up to nine, two full size spare wheels, an auxiliary generator, auxiliary lighting front and rear, chunky tires and the standard C250 4x4 system mean that the Expedition can go anywhere and do anything. Taking the standard model’s off-road prowess and turning it up to eleven means that the C250 Expedition can climb any slope, any rocks, and haul anything while doing it.
And the best part? This extremely capable workman’s multi tool can be had for just $22,700. Now, take comfort in both the advanced suspension of your C250 and extreme capability of any Fuji.
