Flash white line in bottom pulley bolt

Hi,
i was test a engine in the new build i get some kind of flash white line around the bottom pulley bolt
under the head
how can I take a video of it so I can post it ?

I think you just happen to be at an angle where the pulley catches the light strangely

Not really, just a shiny thing reflecting things. Might be a bit too shiny and not 100% flat on the front though.
