Hmm… where have I seen that vent before…
Love the work you’re doing, Automation definitely needs more modern fixture/rims.
Speaking of rims,
real shit tho these would be kinda cool
MOAR OF DEM RIMZZZZ MOOOOAAAR
Again, your work is awesome as hell dude. I can’t wait to see what else you have in store!
I particularly like the wheels on the bottom.
I think a couple modern Kia wheels would be neat, here are a few that I think could work well (TBH they’re my favorite part of kia’s design);
Current Cadenza:
Optima (I THINK this is last gen but idk):
and lastly, Stinger:
Look closer…it’s a steel wheel with a seven-spoke wheel cover on it. Not exactly something you’d see on a BMW…
Wow… did I really just realize it’s a hubcap…
Mmm… dem Supra wheels and Enkei snowflakes…
I hope they find the way into the game very soon
I can’t do anything with those tiny photos. I need large, high resolution images to model from.
I’ve limited myself to 16 wheels from my Favorite Era (80s and 90s)
- If Corporation Spazzio (Aftermarket wheel, very rare, works well on 80s cars)
- VW Passat Hubcaps
- BMW 3 Series Compact Hubcaps
- Toyota Supra A70 Sawblade Rims
- VW Polo Steelies with Center caps.
- BMW 3 Series Hubcaps
- BMW 3 Series E30 Rims
- Fiat Uno Hubcaps
- Honda Prelude Rims (5th Generation)
- BBS Mesh wheels, a popular option on many japanese and european cars.
- Spalding Message VII (Aftermarket wheel, works well on 80s American sports cars)
- Honda Civic hubcaps (pinnacle generic 90s hubcaps)
- Nissan 180SX X Type Rims
- Daihatsu Mira TR-XX Rims
- Nissan Primera Rims (1st generation)
- Toyota Corolla Hubcaps (Very simple 80s design, but very effective imo)
As a bonus, these Pirelli P-Slot wheels could be modified to become Tyrelli T-Slots
If you want any higher resolution images of any of these, let me know and i’ll look them up for you.
