It just doesn't work!

I’m having a lot of trouble with this game. When I click Sandbox, the game will freeze and when I tab out I find this message:

tolua++ dbcall failed!: [string
“–client\functional\PlatformDesignerWindowDel…”]:1329: attempt to index field
‘Parts’ (a nil value)

What does this mean? I have this when I try most of the scenarios as well, only a handful of tutorials work.

This is probably happening because of a messed up install, please uninstall the game and try a manual install via this link: viewtopic.php?f=16&t=1271
