Considering that some of the inspirations actually had that kind of setup (1 front lip/spoiler + 1 rear wing/spoiler and 1 rear diffuser, the last of which is listed as a lip fixture in-game), I find it hard not to agree with your suggestion.
i’d also prefer the idea to limit downforce by measurement and not fixture count. it gives the host a more accurate regulation and provides more freedom for the exterior design since you pretty much have to go wingless if you want a diffuser.
Round is open now, read the top post thoroughly as it’s been changed a lot of times.
If it’s still how it used to be, that can be cheesed by adding 50 wing elements and putting the sliders to 0
ok? sliders are not a measurement. if the host decided on 50kg downforce at 100km/h none of that matters. either way rules are set now.
is 2.18m wheelbase within rules? i mean when rounded to 2.2

Any challenge I can reuse a car is a good challenge
These cars are not a real product of any manufacturer, any likeness or other similarities to real brands is purely coincidence. Actual model may change in final submission. All stunts performed on a closed road with a professional driver.
Quick question here: Will tyre service costs be counted for the SVC priority?
So how many aero elements are we allowed in the end?
There is no explicit limit on the number of aero fixtures stated in the OP (or total downforce generated on each axle, for that matter), but it would be best to keep it realistic (statistically and aesthetically).
2002 ATR SR220
Built in a now long abandoned small warehouse in Lincoln, the SR220 keeps true to the classic British ideas of a shed-built car, mainly lightness, but it also has power, with 225hp under the bonnet, propelling the ATR to a top speed of nearly 170mph, with 0-60 coming in under 5 seconds, it’s certainly no slouch.
Designed by the local maniac, with enough vents to cool the Sahara desert, and with a distinctive paintjob, this is one car that won’t be mistaken for any other, for better or worse.

Lore
This car is basically a struggling ex Eastern bloc tuning company’s desperate attempt to stay relevant. Cheap off the shelf parts everywhere for the body, and an attempt to outbalance it by an insane tune for what used to be an econobox 3 cylinder, and special semi slicks. Also have 2 extra photos:
