Lol @ Damnit No problem.
Following the great success of the second generation Buzzard, the company took a wrong turning and its economical situation was on a steep downhill with no brakes to stop it.
It was late 1967 and they knew they couldn’t hold longer than a year without a new product.
The design center was in an extreme hurry to make something new.
In mid-1968, a new Vulture has been prematurely unveiled. Against tradition, the new Vulture was painted black.
The black paint meant only one thing; the end was near.
The car was about the same size as its main rivals, it wore extra-wide tires, it stood low and had a beefy 7.2L V8 engine producing 501 horsepower.
The high-quality interior and audio system complete with a great safety equipment made this vehicle one of the most enviable car of its time.
The BM72 power unit.

It went around the famous Automation Track in 154.16 seconds.
In early 1969, having made and sold 863 G2 Vulture Adios Edition, Lizzott Cars closed the only factory they had and shut the lights off.
Wow, this thread has such a story to it, I had to go through the pages again and read that last post 1 more time .
Don’t worry.
It’s not the end…
Don’t worry.

Oh, phew. Seems like you have planned your company’s entire existence already .

I’d like to answer what you said with a simple “indeed”, but I can’t.
1977
Finally! After eight years of inactivity, Lizzott Cars were glad to announce their factory would go back to building cars.
The first product to come out of the factory was a simple car yet effective at being a car: The KEBAB,
it came in six flavors and three exterior appearances.
The Remove Kebab: With a 500CC i4 barely producing 21 hp, an extremely basic interior, basic entertainment and safety.
Who said it was good? We just said it was cheap! The good side is its fuel economy and 5-speed gearbox!
i931.photobucket.com/albums/ad158/salen00b/AutomationLauncher2014-05-0521-34-54-12_zpscdedfa0a.png

i931.photobucket.com/albums/ad158/salen00b/AutomationLauncher2014-05-0522-07-38-49_zps6d852097.png
Just to give an idea of how puny the engine is.

Tameness:32.2
Sportiness:1.3
Comfort:17.2
Prestige:1.3
Safety:7.4
In the same body, the Kebab 1.1: A more sensible commuter’s car with 47 horses of pure naturally aspirated goodness.
It came with a standard interior and some kind of safety features.
i931.photobucket.com/albums/ad158/salen00b/AutomationLauncher2014-05-0521-35-51-30_zps308a9987.png
The K411N, the standard engine.

In another style:
The Kebab 1.1 Turbo: Same engine as the 1.1, but with a turbocharger.
The 1.1 Turbo sported a bit more safety and had a better suspension system, but was pretty much a restyled kebab 1.1 in most other points.
i931.photobucket.com/albums/ad158/salen00b/AutomationLauncher2014-05-0521-37-31-13_zps333e4bee.png
The K411T, a K411N with a turbo, not much else.

Then you had the 2.0 SuperLux: They crammed an 82hp 2.0L i4 in it, added some premium elements and tweaked the suspensions to accomodate the extra weight at the front.
i931.photobucket.com/albums/ad158/salen00b/AutomationLauncher2014-05-0521-37-59-82_zps3e1bf2d5.png
The K420N, it was rumored that the engine was capable of blazing the whole car up if overrevved, which has never been confirmed.

Sportiness:5.7
Comfort:34.6

And then, the two most extreme kebabs you could ever get:
The 1.8 Sport: A 105hp 1.8L N/A i4, double wishbone suspensions on each four corners, big tires, lightweight interior and a wing.
It had everything to go fast, except maybe more power.
i931.photobucket.com/albums/ad158/salen00b/AutomationLauncher2014-05-0521-39-24-24_zps253d1c2a.png
The K418NS, an orphan performance engine since it has no parent engine.

Tameness:39.5
Sportiness:11.4
Comfort:25.7
Prestige:12.8
Safety:16.9
The last one was definitely the craziest Kebab out there:
The 2.0 TurboSport: The same 2.0 as the SuperLux, but with a turbo force-feeding 0.4 bar of pressure through its twin weber carburettors.
The engine outputted 145hp, which isn’t too much, but it was a good compromise between economy* and power.
i931.photobucket.com/albums/ad158/salen00b/AutomationLauncher2014-05-0521-38-52-44_zpsb1fbbb7f.png
The K420TS, an engine-sized mad axeman.

*The 2.0 TurboSport even had better fuel economy than the 1.8 Sport.
These were 1977’s new models!
Thanks!
This thread is just full of awesome! Great story…I want more!
It looks like that 500cc was rubbish! Nevertheless, the car is nice!
Thanks, I will try posting a ‘new’ one tonight.
Heheh, well, it was aimed at Lada’s and Beetles, I’d say the 500cc reached it’s objective!
Aiming at Ladas is not a good idea because a Lada will break before you hit it.
Maybe a replica of the FSO Polonez is on the cards?
That’s why I hit them before they even think about breaking.
I think you’ll be pleasantly surprised.
1979
Model year 1979 saw a double release from Lizzott cars.
The new Kebab Familia series.
Indeed two new Kebabs to choose from! What a gift from the skies some might say. And they would be right!
The Kebab Familia was a four door variant of the Kebab and came in two kinds:
The Kebab 2.0 Familia: The same 82hp engine from the Kebab 2.0 SuperLux. Add to this the fact that premium interior came standard in this one.

Sportiness:3.9
Comfort:33.6

Following it, the Kebab 2.1 Familia X: A brand-new 2.1 liter engine developping 100hp was put in this model, but the real special thing with this one was its 4WD system.
People in snowy countries were happy to find a Kebab that suited them.

At the demand of people, Lizzott Cars added one more player to their team:
The 'Laki.
It came in two declinations:
The 'Laki 1.8: A detuned variant of the sports-oriented K418NS was found in the engine compartment. 93hp, better than the 2.0!

The 'Laki 1.8 Sport: The 105hp 1.8 from the Kebab 1.8 Sport was to be found in this variant. Comes with a shorter gear ratio, wide tires and a lighter interior equipment.

One more picture of the 'Laki because I feel like it.

OK, now I’m done.
The Laki looks like a great competitor to the hatchbaks back in the 70’s and 80’s!
You’re right, it could be a real hot hatch killer. I’M LOOKING AT YOU, GOLF GTI.
1980
After many years of non-collaboration, SMOLENSK went back to the drawing board in the hope of making an even better Kebab.
The task was not an easy one, but they managed to overcome the difficulties with ease.
The Kebab Smolensk’s styling was an extreme departure from the cheap look of the Kebab to make it more “premium”.
As the designer once said: “It is the top of the food chain!”
i931.photobucket.com/albums/ad158/salen00b/AutomationLauncher2014-05-1520-18-36-32_zpsa808f6d2.png

i931.photobucket.com/albums/ad158/salen00b/AutomationLauncher2014-05-1520-18-28-72_zpsefb01bd7.png
The Smolensk version was powered by a Smolensk-developped 2.3L turbo straight-six making a not too shabby 160hp.
Many people had their Kebab Smolensk break down because they put 91 octane unleaded as required by the other Kebab’s intead of the 92 octane leaded fuel needed to run the Smolensk.
i931.photobucket.com/albums/ad158/salen00b/AutomationLauncher2014-05-1520-21-08-76_zpse7f278da.png
The cost of the car meant it did not sell very well as most buyers went to buy the more affordable Kebab SuperLux even though it was less prestigious.

A brand new car was also introduced in 1980.
The Spoon. The Spoon was an high-end sports car. Three trims were available:
The Spoon 6.3, the standard version.
i931.photobucket.com/albums/ad158/salen00b/AutomationLauncher2014-05-1521-00-49-29_zpsfd0c0e2a.png
Powered by a fearsome 6.3L Crossplane V8 making a whopping 433hp. The S863NS.

i931.photobucket.com/albums/ad158/salen00b/AutomationLauncher2014-05-1521-03-22-88_zps8ed3b564.png
With a brutal 4.4L straight-six engine with a turbo stuck to it producing an otherworldly 465hp. It is called S644TR.

Thanks to Smolensk Tuning [TheTom] for the amazing Kebab! If only it was eatable…

For TheTom:
I see you tried to make a dragster out of the poor Kebab without me noticing. You bad boy!

You’re welcome! I would gladly help you redesign some more cars if you want me to. Just PM me or post your request in either the Smolensk thread or one of my own threads.
Haha yeah i noticed that bug! But that seems to happen with a lot of cars, i think Killrob already mentioned it a while ago in one of his videos. I hope they’ll fix it soon
Greets,
Tom
After reading the Chronicles of Lizzot, I can not wait for more.
Love them!
