Off-road parts pack, or something.
What is a “non ascetics” mod? Do you mean “Aesthetics”, and what mods add anything that isn’t aesthetics?
(while admiring your creation) I just noticed something.
Tow hook on the tail gate…this is not going to end well
someone’s trunk door will get ripped off and the mexicans will have to pay for it
Mexico will never pay for t even if the Americans stupidly elect him
I will fix that
Fixed
Shame about the 350 mm minimum ride height only a few bodies seem to fit that. The one I was looking at maxed out at 308.1 mm Oh well I suppose I’ll have to use that '90s 350 body
How’d you get the suspension to meet the 350 mm minimum? I could only get my version of that body to 320.5 mm max.
Don’t worry about my entry, it’s not official. I just wanted to make a cool looking car.
K i will lowr that. Thinking about it the example may not pass that
Does anyone have a list of the vehicles with a 300 mm ride height handy? I’ve built two different bloody trucks and both are under 300. It’s on the last freaking page, too, so I don’t even get to find out about it until after I’ve wasted an hour making the damn thing look good.
Now, I’ll admit, my first one, that was my fault for picking too small of a truck body in an intent to try making the smallest possible truck I could while meeting the restrictions. The second, I picked something fairly big, and it still tops out at 260.7 mm of ride height. Now given that I’ve spent two hours trying to build a good looking truck only to find at the last possible moment that it won’t have the ride height requirements, I’m tempted just to skip this challenge, even though at first it appeared like it’d be fun. If there’s only three or four vehicles that have 300 mm clearance, then they’ll all look the same anyway, and there’s no point making a truck that looks good.
Scratch that. I wasn’t using big enough tires. My second truck will work, barely.
And editing again to post my truck.
So, you need a dependable, hard-working off-road truck to carry tons of equipment, haul towed artillery, and pull stuck vehicles out of the mud?
Meet the Storm Jackal.
LED headlights for reduced maintenance help keep this beastly truck in the fight. A massive off-road brushguard keeps the front of the truck safe, even when you need to use it as a battering ram. Unibody construction makes the truck stronger and tougher in a crash, keeping your troops alive. Proven technology makes our engine work harder on weaker fuels.
A military grade towbar was bolted straight to the frame, allowing you to use all of the six speeds to wrench that missile launcher up over that hill, soldier! A spare tire sits inside of a bulletproof cover, ensuring that even in battle, your spare won’t be flat. Run-flat tires are included in the purchase price. Exhaust is mounted high, so the truck can breathe even when you can’t. (Snorkel not pictured on the display model.)
Four doors and six seats mean you can carry more people into the fight, or out of it, should the need arise to make a tactical retreat. A large truck bed on heavy-duty coil springs means you can carry more crap into the fight. Dual Reverse Flow mufflers mean you won’t be heard by the enemy. A six speed manual and electronic all-wheel-drive means you can climb a mountain. 319 horsepower and 411 lb-ft of torque means you can do it hauling a tank, too!
Available in any color you want, but we specialize in Red, White, and Blue.
Honestly, I’m red/green colorblind, so my attempt at olive drab probably is way far off.
Unless that was a reference to my last line, at which point, I apologize for ruining the joke.
Well then…
well that’s news to me.
What do you mean?
You missed “H for Pres!”
That cargo capacity is severely limiting the bodies that are competitive, have they fixed the cargo volume/passenger space capacity calculations? @Sillyducky, you only mean carko volume tho? Cause the combined value would make other bodies than pickups viable, but as is not really
