Mario and Luca Dragone, owners of a rare metal foundry connected to Anseldi of Genoa, decided to open a small car factory in 1949.

The first car built, in an almost artisanal way, was the 1.100 SP racing car model, produced in three units.

Brief history of the units produced

SP-01 Driven by Luca Dragone, it performed well at the 1950 Coppa Intereuropa and in other minor competitions.

SP-02 GT version, with revised aesthetics by Touring coach builder, presented at the 1951 Turin Motor Show and then used as a personal car by Mario Dragone.

SP-03 copy of the SP-01 sold to a gentleman driver.
