1K Views Special Post
That’s right! This very thread you’re reading from has achieved 1K views! If you had told me back in August when I started this sucker that people would actually take to enjoying it I would’ve been pleasantly surprised. I thank the wonderful people of the Automation Discourse community for warmly receiving both me and my sligthly oddball cars.
I figured that on such an occasion, an occasion created by the fact that people are giving to me with their views and hearts and all that business, I should give back to the community. No, I’m not buying everyone G8 GXPs. You wish. What I am doing is something I’ve wanted to do for a while now; share a .car file with the community and see what comes out the other end.
Let me introduce you to our cadaver.

His name is 2007 GCX Reflection 2.0 LI. He was the leading compact car produced by Ghallagher’s skunkworks economy brand called GCX from 2004 until the brand was deemed a millstone and axed in 2010. He does a lot of things pretty well. I think he looks pretty good. He has a bunch of cool halogen lights. He gets like 31 miles to the gallon combined. 5-speed manual. He’s a pretty frugal little critter.
Now that’s where you come in.
I made Mr. Reflection for you to chop up and make your own monster with. Do you have a hankering for making a hyper-fuel-efficient compact car? Go for it! Want to make NHTSA mad and make the taillights just one big turn signal? Sure! Want to make a slightly more dignified luxury version? Slightly less cool but still do it! He was designed to be a fairly workable platform that you can change into whatever you so fancy on a whim.
Me personally I made him into cool.
