I don’t know where you got that 3 seat rows reduces practicality, on my car it increases practicality, also even with 3 seat rows i have 170% desireability
Maybe phrase it something like : “Car must use all available rows of seats”?
Kei bodies have 2 and normal bodies have 3 right?
It decreased mine on the station wagon I built for COTY1996, but I guess it doesn’t for minivan bodies (it also increased my minivan’s desirability).
That could work.
The kei body I tested it with had 3 rows whereas a “tall hatchback” minivan only had 2 rows, so I guess it depends on the vehicle.
