I donβt know where you got that 3 seat rows reduces practicality, on my car it increases practicality, also even with 3 seat rows i have 170% desireability
Maybe phrase it something like : βCar must use all available rows of seatsβ?
Kei bodies have 2 and normal bodies have 3 right?
It decreased mine on the station wagon I built for COTY1996, but I guess it doesnβt for minivan bodies (it also increased my minivanβs desirability).
That could work.
The kei body I tested it with had 3 rows whereas a βtall hatchbackβ minivan only had 2 rows, so I guess it depends on the vehicle.
I updated the main post with some new rules involving seat count and a slightly more defined realism clause. Also added a few more design inspirations.

ACZ Presents the 1985 LAC CP!
The LAC based minivan returns for the 1985 MY. While the 4x4 system borrowed from the LAC truck will still be available, a new AWD model has been added to the lineup thanks to the success of the AWD Tosta. The new LAC transfers over more powertrain options of its pickup sibling, including the larger V6 the pickup customers adore. With the new AWD and V6, there is nowhere you can't go with the updated LAC minivan!
