Survival of the Fittest 1983 [Finals posted][Complete]

Let’s just say that Storm Automotive’s trying the same strategy as last time with a few twists. The engine is still a v8, though transplanted into a car that used to have an Inline 6. Two turbochargers hang from either side of the block, blowing through an intercooler and straight into the engine, an all-aluminum masterpiece with dual overhead cams and some fancy painted valve covers.

This time, we’re not going for the eco-car, though. While we should have enough fuel to make this run, we’re intending on this under-stressed V8 carrying us to victory.

The car is the Storm Sentinel V8RS.

And yes, there is a reason the hood is so heavily ventilated. We’re not telling why, either.

Here’s hoping that a damage reduction and middle-of-the-road strategy sees me get really close to the final challenge…

Hammercat is entering the S12 and hoping to last quite a bit.

A quick question about economy, just to be on the safe side:
It is only about the Cruise@120 km/h value, right? So without the acceleration from 90-120?

Some plucky workers from Erin’s Wythenshawe Assembly Plant have converted a returned Berlose into (what is hopefully) a super tough, go-anywhere endurance racer, aplty naming it The Conqueror.

Unlike many of the other competitors here, this is a low-budget, DIY job. This began life as a luxury saloon, fitted with the optional AWD system and a 3.2l i6. The interior has been stripped out, body panels replaced with aluminum copies and some more black plastic added.

new users cannot send attachments. :C

that is how it worked last time

that sucks eh ?

At my first time I uploaded it on mega and posted the link. When he downloaded I erased the coment. Try that.

I believe it’s one of the security features with this forum software. Prevents people from spam-making accounts in order to spread viruses or bloatware. Annoying as it is, it is also helpful.

Adding to @Nomade0013’s idea, you could also upload it to Dropbox or Google Drive.

Damn those entries are coming in fast… I guess this time it will be quite a challenge to get even in top 16.
