Have you thought about implementing Industrial Espionage? 
So you can put a certain amount of money into attempting to find out what other companies are doing, what their future plans are, maybe a bonus to your tech development if they successful infiltrate their engineering team? 
how about a related ability, not industrial espionage but able to look at competitor’s released (or show concept) cars and perhaps how well they’re selling. Or how well they were received by the public in the case of a concept car.
There will be loans I would say, given what a major part of running a business they are.
Beyond that, the finance side of things hasn’t had much design work done to it yet, so we shall see how it goes 
I would like to have the option of running a union free shop by being a fair employer, in other words if you pay good wages and such (like google hahha) you wont have your employees striking and unionizing just to be treated like humans…
Just a thought! I mean in the really old car game “Detroit” it kinda simulated that by if you paid your workers more then the average you never had to worry much about strikes and such…
