I didn’t even build a car.
How can you make a certificate for a car that literally doesn’t exist.
Just a little something like “congratulations on making the worlds best 1992 hatch, too bad it’s 2016”. Of course there will be more but they will be something like that. The manual will be entirely custom.
Also don’t seems very difficult to stay under 1500 kg in 1992… Or better than 5 km/l.
Shouldn’t be more restricting those rules?
3300 Pounds is a ton for a hatch. Might be a little on the light side but its part of the challenge now
If you can’t make a car that gets at least 5km/l I dont even know…
the 4 door is if you make something like a sedan with a really small trunk. There are models in the game for that and I decided to make the rules a little more lenient.
He was saying that the rules are so lenient, they don’t even make sense.
In a competition for cheap, affordable cars it is obvious we will make them under 1500 kg, achieving over 5 km/l and with less than 350 hp, so these rules didn’t need to be written, they are just common sense.
I have criticised rules for being too strict and challenges with far too many rules, but this is a first, a challenge with rules that mean nothing. Congratulations, I didn’t think people would get to this level.
Oh, and by the way, hatchbacks are cars with a rear hatch, you can’t make a hatchback sedan. So he’s right, either you should have called this the “1992 Cheap Car competition” or you shouldn’t allow sedans.

Sorry if you do not like the lenient rules. I make them this way because to be honest, my competitions are never real serious and I like to see some of the crazy things people do. By making the rules more lenient it lets people submit vehicles that are crazy and fun! for example, in my other competition the Mini Truck Challenge I had a full size truck submitted and it may have been stupid but it got second place. By hatchback - sedan I mean there are sedans that have very short trunks and fall under the compact category. I am sorry if you do not like these rules but I ask you to please deal with them or not participate. If you do not agree with the rules you do not have to submit.
