The Highway Patrol Challenge [Reviews]

There is not much choise about the basic body to maintain the asked weight.
I just finished my car and it has the same body and a familiar end to Octanes car.

Being the USA should my car be an auto, or cops are trained to use a stick as well ?

Welp, submitted my entry, and once again, there’s something about me not being able to get the expected amount of horsepower from the engine. Granted, it ain’t a V8, ugh. I was actually liking that Russian/East German police car design there HighOctane. The kind that would throw them Americans off seeing it running around.

Almost sure it’s not a winning car. But if it has to be good for ramming, you need a truck
Here is the VPNL P112:

Is practicality not weighed?

Not part of the scoring system this time.

After scrapping the proposal of Blue Marlin America of a complete american designed car, the ZM group decided to re use the body of the Dophine MKII on an BMA chassis to present the Danzig Patrol

Norman, that is the best looking car I have seen yet. Chrome bumpers are nice.

[quote=“HighOctaneLove”]After submitting the Bastion PC, top executives at the American HQ for Bogliq Automotive were arrested by the FBI on charges of “supporting Communism” and were made to revise the Californian Highway Patrol Car submission…

Upon agreement to submit a less un-American vehicle and to start an American manufacturing subsiduary to appease the FBI, Bogliq Automotive is proud to present…

The 1978 Bogliq California Patrol Car!!! :sunglasses: :sunglasses: :sunglasses:

That car does look good. It even has the proper push bar.

Darn it Norman, we may have used the same body, but yours just looks right for its era. But in any case, I had the intention of using another car body, but that meant needing a huge engine to power it. But it needed an engine too big for its own good.

How big?

That’s 592ci.

Yeah, just a glance at the fuel efficiency made me choke on my coffee.

Thanks
It’s based in this automationgame.com/phpBB3/viewto … =20#p68503
I had to check it better, the front it’s a bit different…

Oh man, it’s so similar to my car, but so much classier, so much prettier. I left the highlights off and opted for a straighter, simpler, more utilitarian look, leaving it perhaps a little under-dressed.

This, incidentally, is based off the Armada Feltram, which was released in the same year. The UK public version however received a 200hp 2.9L i6 turbo engine! It was a quirky offering to say in the least. The Feltram Cruiser, however, has in it a more classic block harkening back to Armada’s early days of trying to break into the American market: a small block pushrod V8 with big torque low-down. For a 1300kg cruiser it’s fairly fuel efficient, and getting up to speed it gets the job done, though admittedly… nowhere near as quickly as the UK version :smiling_imp:

**GOD FUCKING DAMN IT :imp: THE GAME DELETED MY CAR… AND NOT ONCE, BUT TWICE :imp: **

Any advice what to do? Is there a way to get the car back?

Nope, at least not from my experience. Did you name it at all?

Yes i did. When making the second car i made the model, named it, saved, made the trim, named it, saved, opened the first car engine, tuned it, saved it, set up the trim, tested, saved, tuned, tested, saved using the floppy disk icon. Closed with the X, exited the game using the quit game.

Opened the game, sandbox, and my car was not there. Checked the My Games folder but no luck there.

The Shromet Corporation had set all their hopes and candidate investments on Gerald Ford Winning the Re-Election, So when the Democrat Jimmy Carter won the Election, The Shromet Corporation found it only in their best interest to develop a Police Highway unit for the United States, and Sell it at an Extra Low Discounted cost, to appeal to the New Government Leader.

The Shromet Dragon Police Special Unit was a more Reliable, Safe version of the Shromet Dragon Muscle Car, which debuted in the worst time possible, 1975. It was a car that was way out there, powered by a turbo charged V8, that developed over 250 Horsepower, the Turbo Charger Breathed a Whopping 10 PSI into the Engine at full boost. Double that of the Oldsmobile Jetfire.

Introducing the LMT PO78 in EX trim, with 325bhp from a 5.5L V8 engine, this car can accelerate and achieve very high speeds, perfect for speed pursuits

Any restrictions in hours or no? Don’t wanna submit mine without knowing bout it

No restriction there.

NOTE: The model that failed the tests was the pre-production model. We forgot to install the catalytic converter and we have improved the chassis. The engine now produces 310 FT-LBs of torque rather than 300 thanks to an enlarged bore to make up for the power loss.
