TMCC30 - Desert Fox (RESULTS POSTED)

1986 Bordeaux DX4 Armée

After a decade of service in the harshest regions of the world, Bordeaux decided to put the humble and reliable DL4 Berline under the knife in order to create a compact, reliable and capable pick-up truck – the DX4.
Furthermore, they have since partnered with defence contractor Armée to produce a specially prepared version of the truck.
A front crash bar and skidplate are added for improved frontal protection. A sports bar with a mount compatible with most assault rifles and even machine guns is installed in the bed.
There are also improvements in the mechanical department, with an uprated 2.5 litre petrol engine making 127 hp serving as replacement for the standard 70 hp diesel unit.
The suspension is vastly improved, with long-travel shock absorbers and progressive coils, which replace the leaf-spring setup in the rear axle. A switchable 4WD system with locking differentials is added as well.

Rhania-Angola Presents Their Offering For Peace

The Rhania-Angolan Supporter, a derivative from the Protector which has changed from being a machine for work to a machine for supporting the peace in the region

The truck is provided two dual FN FAL machine guns which shoot 7.62x51 which can help pack a punch for when you are trying to defend your homeland from foreign invaders. If the two peace makers aren’t there to help support your cause, then there are the two pistols; a Glock 17 and a H&K USP on their sides respectively to give diversity to the user.

A fire extinguisher is in place to support a fight against fire if ever the need is to arise from a particular situation.

This truck has a 132HP I6 that allows to propel this vehicle 117MPH and have 0-60 of 11 seconds all while getting a nice 16.8MPG.

This truck costs a whopping $13,300 to buy which is cheap enough to be bought in bulk.

maybe should have told u guys earlier, although the Dalluhans are happy with good trucks, but they want something that packs a punch, and less of just truck + assault rifle ( i.e. they want bigger guns, like AA guns, recoilless guns, ATGMs, etc, go crazy on it lol, it might help u to get an upper hand on your competitors )

so uhh to make this a bit more fair for everyone, anyone already submit their truck could resubmit again once, deadline still the same until further notice tho

Any automation mounted gun mods or just the small arms one? I don’t mind making one from scratch, but curious

automation mounted gun mods?

yeah there used to be one but it’s not been updated to 4.27

As well as being able to mount light weapons on the roof bar, the bed floor has also been strengthened in order to allow the mounting of heavy weaponry, such as the recoilless rifle shown here.

And my question about wheel and wheelbase advanced settings?

those are fine, but if ur building something that is way off i can’t say u wouldn’t get binned

Ryuji Shogun 4x4

Once starting out in life as a small Japanese pickup for beach goers and offroad enthusiasts, it has now become a tool for fighting conflicts. Powered by a simple 2.6 litre pushrod four mated to a five speed gearbox and four wheel drive, it is able to travel the rugged terrains throughout Archana and Dallua. The removal of the doors and roof allow for easy maneuverability and a rocket propelled grenade launcher mounted in the bed makes for quick use against enemy forces.

TMCC30- Instabin

6 May 1986, a squadron of Archanans Mg-24s took off from Archana at 15:30, loaded with FAB-250 bombs, they were heading to the Dalluhan capital and it's only major port, they have one and their only goal, blow up what ever fancy toys the pesky Fruinians tried to sneak into Dalluha. Well, unfortunately for the Archanans, the engine on one of the Mg-24 had a epic fucky wucky moment after turning a bird into grounded bird and the plane had to head back after one of its engine blew up. Meanwhile, a mechanical failure on the bomb rack on another Mg-24 happened and its bombs were released while crossing the border, killing a few Archanan soliders after the bombs felt on their checkpoint. at the end, only 3 Mg-24 manage to escape back to Archana after bombing the port of Dalluha.

For once the Archanans somehow (partially) successed their mission, at the end of the day, 3 warehouses were leveled from the bombing, and inside one of the 3, the rescue team managed to found 3 barely recognizable wreckages...

@Rise_Comics

binnedfor using race parts.

beside the race header used on the engine, the truck itself got a few questionable engineering choices, notably the hydro springs on the suspension and the fully clad undertray. Also its appearance are on the questionable side, including the dual rifle setup and the spare tire(?) on the turret.

@Maverick74

binned for wrong naming convention

Man it was a good looking car, but damn u really fumbled the name bruh. Loved the amount of detail on the car, probably the best looking if not the naming error, pretty damn affordable too!

@nicxv

binned for wrong naming convention

another unfortunate case of naming error, u forgot to name the engine family name to [TMCC30-(username)], beside that, same case as the shogun, good car hindered by small mistakes.

And that’s it! congrats to all passing participants, the next and final part should be here within a few days and thank you all very much for taking part in this round of TMCC

Well shot, looks like mild dyslexia strikes again. :sweat_smile:
Will have to double check that next time so I don’t write TTMC.

Because of the complaints of not enough firepower, we have swapped the rear dual machine guns for 16 anti-tank lauchers, this can shoot rapid fire 32 missiles

TMCC30 - The End

At the dawn of 1 January 1987, a horde of Dalluhan Technicals rolls into the edge of Basara, The long awaited Dalluhan counterattack had finally started.

Thanks to Fruinian air cover, Dalluhan Rosewood Wasatch armed with recoiless AT guns rolled over the mined desert unopposed by Archanan bombers. The trucks were light and fast enough to avoid triggering the anti-tank mines, but they packed enough guns to be able to wreak havoc on the clueless Archanans defense. Shocked by the sudden and ferocious Dalluhan attack, the Archanan abandoned the city and fall back to Archana. It has also been the turning point of the war, as the Dalluhan counterattack pushes on and internal unrest and anti-war sentiments grew in Archana, the Archanan Government were forced to sign a peace treaty with Dalluha, gave back land and pay for reparation, and officially ending the infamous First Dalluhan-Archanan war.
