Report them via the crash reporter, those reports indeed go to us.
@Speedemon Yes, that is the way it works currently. The problem with transparent surfaces.

Ah, ok.
Now this isnāt really a bug, but on the 2009 hatchback body there is a spot that doesnāt morph on the right bottom of the bumper.
Tried launching but it give a message asking me to check if the game should be played on a x86 or x64 Windows. As soon as I click the button to play the Beta version it gives me this message all the times and donāt even start loading the black screen.
I use a x32 Windows 7.
Good luck with the bugs, guys! Looks like a lot of work
Hmm, I donāt even think the game can work in 32-bit as the 2GB RAM limit would kill it pretty quick, if not now then certainly in the grand campaign. Weāll have to look into that.
You can try to hit āFix!ā one more time, the second time should place it on the ground. Although the rear suspension thing probably wonāt be fixed by that, an issue weāre aware of
I get a āNo C++ errorā when I try to launch. I tried the fix mentioned earlier and it didnāt do anything. I am running the now ANCIENT Windows 7 so that might have something to do with it.
Hello, I have just opted into the open beta, and I get this error message when I click ānew modelā
which is well, and unrecognized argument, I do know that there are many bugs in the UE4 port, like black screens, āuncookedā files, which I believe are the most common errors, but this one may be a rare one, does anyone know any fix?
(after doing many windows 8.1 updates) so i finally opened automation beta and made a car but somehow i dont have stats.???
Edit:nvm,my engine was just too big
Just downloaded the open beta last night, and hereās my thoughts about it:
Still, at the end of the day, itās still Automation and I believe, it will be awesome when the actual/final version of the game comes out. Kudos to developer.
I found that it was rather difficult to see when the engine was too big when comparing the UE4 version to the KEE version.
I noticed at the car designer, on the brakes and suspension tab, there is no indicator of bottoming out and brake fade like the previous version. Is this intentional?
So⦠the Beta was looking great, especially the new paints. Everything was going well for ~20 minutes, then I got a crash. So I typed up a good report, and clicked send and⦠uh⦠what do I do if the Crash Report Client crashes while trying to send the crash report?
In free roam in walk mode it initially fell through the earth, you can fly through the ground, and when you go back to walk you fall.
It might be clearer if you put frame material instead of just material for the frame
I also had troubles with the grills, and mirrors
many things are in metric even with inches/feet selected
Tire diameter is well something if its metric it is saying my tires are 129 inches tall (3281mm?)
All traction aids said was traction aids for the selection box.
many calculations were all over the place, but I think it was due to the wacky tire sizes I was able to select.
Using the 1985 truck body.
Add brake fade shows offroad as the tool tip.
Iāve only tried this one hatchback body so far, but it seems any fixtures placed not on the front (taillights, door handles) get zapped to the front as soon as I try to move or rotate them. Move them again and they disappear to somewhere I havenāt found yet.
Otherwise, looks good!
This one is known but for some reason no one has posted it: with AWD the power distribution slider does nothing. So far, Iāve only tried with front engined longitudinal AWD, will try later with transverse AWD.
Hehe yes, that is unfortunate, the error reporter was literally implemented less than 24h before shipping this build and was not properly tested
it was a shot in the dark, weāll fix that the coming days.
the, uh, service costs donāt appear to make much sense
